Just had the best service at this location. Louisa & Josiah/Jonah (the manager that I unfortunately don’t recall his name for sure) were incredibly helpful, kind, and full of laughs while helping us purchase a Christmas tree. Such an awesome change of pace, especially during the holidays. 😊

Always clean, well stocked and has a variety of items. Quality of products are worth the money in my experience. I've never walked in and left empty handed. Prices are also decent.

I appreciate the selection of quality, competitively priced products available from the stores, extending to a more expansive selection of online items that ship quickly. Requiring only 2 hours in advance is convenient, as is offering pickup until close.

Juan from this Grandville location was VERY helpful in helping me find a weighted blanket. I tried 4 different stores before here and none of them were very helpful. Thanks Juan :) merry Christmas

Went in to Starbucks. They are to pricy won't do that again. I got a white chocolate Frappuccino. It was delicious but cost a little over 7 for a medium. That's ridiculous.

Target employees, In Grandville, MI are always so kind, attentive, and helpful. The service desk employees are great when it comes to returning or exchanging items. They will March online pricing if an item in the store is more than what shows online, without question or hesitation. The store is always clean. My family and I have always had a great experience at the Grandville, MI target!

Clean store, great staff, lots to select from

they’ve been my comfort store with good aesthetics ever since they moved from their jenison location. 🤍x almost always been the same staff as well. love that!! x

Awestruck can't believe you can find customer service this good. Went to four different stores today to find long sleeve shirts and jeans for my daughter and could not find anything she liked or that fit. Until I went to your store. Found one pair of jeans and a shirt. That fit and then on the way out the door I ran to a employee named Evelyn she found my daughter five more pairs of pants that fit perfectly and seven more long sleeve T-shirts.. and your other employees were very polite and courteous thank you.

Ordering online and picking up in store couldn't be any easier. Employees are always friendly, the place is clean, the prices are competitive. I'll be back Spot!!

Best customer service I have ever gotten from a retail company! The store was incredibly busy and the customer service girl was so calm, super friendly and helpful. I purchased a chest freezer and they needed to get it from the back, they quickly got it and brought it to our car and took the time to help us get it in the car. Both employees were amazing! Thank you Grandville Target.

I will say that this target is the most excellent one that I've patronized since being here in Michigan. They have taken me from Victoria Secret because of their great selection of lingerie, I receive the best Customer Service Greetings from the moment I walk into and the moment I exit the store; and most importantly, they offer great selections of products from Black Owned Businesses! I offer my kudos to them and pray that they keep up the great work. I am a target fan for life!!! 😊

It's been a while since my last visit here. The greeter a sweet woman was so friendly to everyone, set a great tone for the visit. Two people asked if I needed any help and at checkout the woman was pleasant. Great trip to Grandville Target!

Well stocked, clean and polite associates. Their store had best stocked grocery department in light of pandemic. Was glad to hear upon check out that they were going to limit hours and have hours set aside for senior citizens. This is why Target is my go to store!!!!!!
