AT&T Store

Nick V at the Caro MI At&T store is an incredibly knowledgeable and patient person who goes the extra mile to help his customers. I travel a lot and have never found a more customer friendly AT&T store than this one. My first visit, he helped me and a friend purchase new phones and accessories. We walked out the door with fully operational phones and connections. More recently (4 months later), I returned here (from my home in Tampa, FL) to have Eric deal with my Hot Spot which was not working. He spent a couple of hours diagnosing and resolving the problem. While waiting for this, I watched the two other store employees (both young men) welcome everyone who walked in the door kindly and helpfully. Wish that all stores in the US had such a wonderful group of customer friendly employees.

Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We were expecting to spend at least 2-3 hours in the store, we were there for only about a hour. All of the guys there were very kind and helpful.

Was very hesitant for AT&T- very thankful i came into the store. Eric answered all my questions. Was super Polite and patient with me. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Now my whole family is coming to AT&T because of it! The store was so well organized as well. Thanks AT&T!!!

Absolutly no complaints. Been in this particular AT&T stores location multiple times, and not once have I had any issues. Very professional individuals working here, they are informative, help give breaks, and are not pushy in trying to get sales.

Jake was absolutely fabulous in helping download a prepaid card on a mobile phone that wasn't even purchased at their store.Thanks Jake!

Mark and the team are so knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to assist their customer base. For me and my family, time and time again they are courteous when I ask them the simplest of questions or to resolve a very simple matter. And this last time I had a rather big issue that I needed to have taken care of and that was met with compassion and skillful advice. I appreciate this team so much it’s why I stay with this company.

I had difficulties trying to cancel my hot spot internet service over the phone. Went into the store hoping they could help. Also went in with a very bad mood. Eric, the associate that helped us was extremely patient and kind to us and got our service disconnected, finally. 0/10 for the customer service of at&t, would never recommend but 5/5 for Eric.
