The girl at the cashier was great, helpful and very cordial....she helped me use my points...so I bought 4 pair of shoes. Will return now that the prepandemic prices and sales are back...Bravo Sketchers...keep it up!!

This store is so great with customer service. I had to return shoes twice and they were extremely helpful with the exchange no attitude from the employees. They welcome back.

Man what can i say RYAN IS THE MAN! came in expecting just to check around but man Skechers is super comfy and maybe walk out with a pair but after coming in the hospitality Ryan gave me was outstanding and i walked out with two pairs will def be going again!

Great prices for a comfortable shoe or sneaker. I have feet that swell and Sketchers relaxed fit at the end of the day I can get them off

On April 6 I came in the store to get some work shoes Ryan the store manager was very helpful. I want back to exchange the shoes the associate Nigel was very helpful and made it very easy to do the exchange . And I was able to find me size . Very happy with the customer service I will definitely be back to this store 🤗 Michelle was very helpful she said when I come back she will take the time to help me finish setting up my account

Nigel was so courteous! He offered a friendly greeting and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. The space was clean, well stocked and customers a plenty. They are a customer service dream. I was even pointed to a more affordable shoe when I mentioned I was shopping for comfort over style.

I cannot rave enough about the five-star experience I just had at this Skechers outlet. Manager Ryan and Faith not only went digging to find me the shoes I needed—and found them—but they were extremely kind and courteous to me when I was having some trouble at the register. I needed the shoes for my brand new job, and was a few dollars short in my bank account. Ryan helped me with the sketchers application on my phone and I was able to get a discount that helped me buy the shoes! This is exceptional guest service from every angle and I so appreciate, they didn’t make me feel bad when I could not come up with the total amount. They offered a solution. I drove away in tears, customer for life! Thank you thank you thank you!

The young lady who helped me was AWESOME! Her name escapes me right now, but her customer service was fantastic. I had to hug her before my husband and I left the store. Definitely hope shes there the next time I go in :)

First of all, this was suppose to be a quick stop but I ended up staying longer and getting more than I initially intended on getting. Ashley greeted me and gave me a detailed overview of the deals without sounding robotic or uninterested. She and Daniel, the store manager were amazing hosts and I'll have to be back for more than just work shoes.

Amazing customer service! Will was so friendly and helpful!! Bought light up shoes for my 5 year old 2 weeks ago and out of nowhere the lights stopped working. I called and spoke with Will who said to come on in and they will try to resolve the light problem or replace them. Went in and the lights were still not working so Will helped us find the exact pair of shoes for my son with no questions asked and replaced them hassle free. I was most impressed with how nice he was not only to me but especially to my son. He treated my son as the customer and I absolutley loved that, being as they were his shoes, even if I'm the one who paid for them. Thanks Will!

Nice store, but you can't get good help, they do welcome you, but employee Merrik, was excellent excellent excellent , she really go out her was and make sure your size and fit well excellent employee that desires a gold metal. 20 plus. Great customer service skills.

Amazing, World Class Service huge thank you to Luis and his staff!!! Helped me log into my Elite rewards account on my phone and found out I had $40. I went and bought two more shoes went home with 6 pairs for under $140. Loved It!!

I went into the store on Craig and had the best customer service ever!!!! Kristina and John are amazing people. They went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. I will definitely go back to that store to shop for my shoes and refer my friends and family to that store. Thank you both for making or experience unforgettable.

I have only been here a few times but there was a time I came in after work and got service that stands out as above and beyond. The cashier had a customer that needed extra assistance and I patiently waited until she got done to which the employee turned thanked me and went as far as to give me a discount on my order for being understanding. I made this store my preference for new shoes because of this.

I just left the store, got some work shoes and I was greeted immediately and was personally told the current promotions in the store. I wish I would have gotten her name, she has dark curly hair with a bit of blonde. I asked her for my shoe size due to not being on display and went to the back and another gentleman came up to me asking if I was the one requesting the size 7! I said OMG yesss!! I was getting bummed out that there may not be available. So I try them they fit perfect the gentleman came back to ask if I was doing ok I said yes I’m ready he said he would check me out at the register asked if I needed something else. I said yes I need Socks, the store has socks in many displays he showed me every single one and after I said my job was a bit particular with the socks and needed crew socks he showed me the right ones and assisted with getting the right size. I will forever come to this store for shoes, I not only love their work shoes they have other styles that I love as well. I used to go to the Maryland store but since I moved to the northwest it became very far for me so I tried this store and was not let down. This sketchers store is by far the best one!! Keep up the great work guys!!.. you’re an awesome team! And from someone that has worked retail many many years for Nike, you guys are doing it right!

I went to the store in North Las Vegas on. Throughout the store, really reasonable prices and nice selection. Denzel with the salesman who helped me. You could not ask for a friendlier more helpful individual. He even found me one more additional discount, because of an organization that I belong to. Denzel you were terrific, a credit to the store.
