Super friendly and helpful employees. Called ahead of time to see if a certain printer was in stock because of the trade-in discount they were running for older printers that could be applied towards a new one, which made the new printer I bought a great deal compared to other stores. Would definitely come back here again!

The entire staff here is great. I use the printing center at least 3x a week and whenever I have a question, they are right there to help me. The wait time is exceptionally fast too. I've been at other locations that have everyone waiting entirely too long.

This is the best Office Depot location. I purchased my bridal shower invitations and welcome sign here and the manager Matt was very helpful for the entire process. He was very helpful in making sure I loved the final product and gave suggestions. I am so excited to keeping working with him for my wedding invitations. Thank you Matt!

I purchased a calculator online and the website was very user friendly. I received a text that my order was ready. I was greeted at the door immediately so I was in and out of the store in a matter of a few minutes.

Mark took me to ink cartridge products on the shelf, answered all my questions, and explained in-store online order with direct home delivery. He then walked me through the process while he also assisted another customer. Order placed Friday, delivered early Monday. Great service!

This Office Depot took care of us. We spent 150 bucks on supplies for the kids and we had the wrong coupons and the cashier took care of us and got us down under 120. Will go back there anytime.

This Office Depot was an easy place to shop. The salespeople were friendly and not pushy. They were approachable when I did need help finding a product. I would definitely return.

The Elk Grove Village location is well stocked, clean and has the most helpful staff!

All i can say is Felix and Mark gave the best customer service i have gotten at any store specially with the big purchase and time and understanding they gave me made me feel like i have known them forever. If you ever come to the store Felix and Mark are the ones to go to Highly recomend and outstaing excellent service!!!! 10☆ if it was possible. Will most defenately be back to make my future purchases here.

Always Fast Help with great pricing

Ordered a cable for curbside pickup. Website Said it will be ready in 20 minutes, I received email in about 5 minutes that my order is ready. Curbside pickup was fast and efficient within couple minutes from my arrival.

I needed help with an online order ready for pick-up. I called the store and talked to Eric. He was very helpful. Definitely makes me want to shop at Office Depot!

Great customer assistance

Ok, So i went into this office max today because we were out of Ink for our printers and its near to my office. I was a little out of my element with this specific inks and parts because we it was a new printer and the General manager( i think his name was ED). I walked up to the side counter and gave him all the info of what i needed to buy and he walked through the whole store with me to make sure i got the exact Inks and and other items I needed. Extremely helpful. i was stressin about it. I will make sure to use this location! Your a good dude, Ed! I appreciate it!
