Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

My mother (88 yrs old) had the most thorough hearing exam she has ever had. Will is a real people person. Makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. You always know you are in good hands. Very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Would recommend Miracle Ear, Decatur Al to everyone.

I have been with Miracle Ear for about 2 years. My customer service experience with Kelsey in the Decatur Al office has been awesome. Whenever I go see her she is full of smiles and cheerfulness and has been a lifesaver. I had a rough time getting used to my hearing aids but with Kelsey it turned into a very positive experience. Thank you Miracle Ear for such a wonderful employee. Wish more people had employees like Kelsey. Love that woman!

so hard to get an appointment i bought somewhere else because the first people who fitted me with what worked for me i bought. Most people dont shop for hearing aids untill they need them now this center needs to improve service because some people want hearing solutions now.
