My elderly wife needed the new R.S.V. shot. I stopped by on Thursday and asked the pharmacist some questions about it because I saw it on TV. She was very kind and patiently explained it all and printed a pamphlet for my wife to read at home. Did all this with a smile on her face and it was very busy at the pharmacy. The workers kept interrupting her for this and that. I would like to commend her. Keeping a cool head with a smile on your face the whole time in a hectic stressful job environment is a real skill. She was an Indian lady with dark hair.

I have always received good customer service at this location. I live in North Richland Hills but will drive to this store just because I appreciate the level of customer service I have experienced at this store.

I went to this Walgreens last month, and although I’m new to the area and haven’t gone in Walgreens much growing up, this was the best one I’ve been to! I went right when they opened in the morning so even though I was the only customer in there, the employees were so welcoming and helped me find what I needed! The store was clean and prestige (seriously, the NICEST Walgreens I’ve ever stepped into). It made my view of the store/company turn around for the good! Will be coming back more often!

I’ve been to this Walgreens a few times. The last time I went I believe the new manager, I think his name is Ethan, was so polite and professional
when I had a minor issue which turned out to be just some confusion on my behalf. He has to be one the best managers there. He was just so helpful and understanding as well as extremely patient with me. I have dealt with some of the others and i wouldn’t have any thing nice to say.

The pharmacy staff at this location is incredible. They are very friendly, patient, and care about their customers. I’ve been using this location for two years and have never had a bad experience.

Walgreens pickup is super fast! Got the text it was ready within 10 minutes, maybe even 5. They brought it out to my car in less than 2 minutes. The girl who brought out my stuff was also very nice and I appreciate she was still polite even though I didn't offer to help. I appreciate this mostly because I started a new construction job today, I am absolutely whooped and drenched in sweat and really didn't feel like getting out of my car. I felt kinda rude about it, but it was nice of her to do and it got me home quick without any extra hassle. Thanks so much!

This is the best pharmacy around. Tennis, in the pharmacy, is so personable and helpful. He will always ask you how you day is and will remember your name a lot of times. I have been to some pharmacies in the past that are slow or put-off by a difficult request, not this one. I have a special discount card for my prescription, and they always make sure to very it and have everything ready with the discounted price before I come in. They also call me if there is any problem with my prescription or refill request.

Pharmacist Tennis is a bastion of excellence. He always has a warm smile and goes the extra mile, it shows how much he cares in all of our interactions. Thank you.

The pharmacy staff needs a raise. We sometimes have challenging Rx situations and the team always comes through and is super helpful in transferring Rx's that were entered incorrectly from the provider.

Love this pharmacy staff. Everyone is so hard working and really is great to work with. They really take care of you and do their job well.

They were so easy to talk to and very accommodating when it came to having my prescriptions transferred!

Pharmacy staff is undoubtedly the best. !!

I order two boxes of Nicoderm patches ship to store. When I picked them up I purchased other items and everything was put in a bag and I was on my way. I get to work and pull the box out of the bag and one of the bottom flaps was pulled back. I pulled both boxes of patches out and one was open and EMPTY! Luckily Tamika with customer service was able to get it fixed and is shipping out a new box to me today. Moral of the story folks, if you pick up from this Walgreens or any for that matter- open the box and check your order before you leave to make sure it’s all there. They have patches onsite too and could have saved me the time of having it resolved by replacing them immediately.
