We enjoyed every second of exploring this amazing toy store! Check it out, it’s fun for the whole family!

I first visited the store on Saturday, August 19th, the day of their soft opening. When I first walked in, I was astonished by the selection. The inside of the store is HUGE. You could easily spend hours shopping there. They have anything and everything you can think of. The staff was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. You can tell they're all big kids at heart by the amount of enthusiasm they all share. I walked out with a whoopee cushion, bouncing egg, voice changer, magnetic gyro wheel, and a pen that looks like a wand. Hands down the absolute best Toy Store I've ever seen in San Marcos. Keep in mind that this is a college town and a lot of the items towards the front of the store are geared towards that audience. You will find curse words and adult themed items there. Be aware of this before bringing your kids.

Very clean and very eager-to-help staff :) their selection is great too, and carry a lot of blue-q products! i went during their grand opening and was given a very generous goody bag :D can’t wait to come back!!!!

I felt like a kid again. Amazing store with a large variety of toys of all kinds.

It smells good in this store

Showed up as what I imagine is a rare patron: there to purchase something specific; not browse & walk out with nothing. This was made clear on entering the store when asked if I could be helped. Of course I still browsed before getting what I came for -it's a toy store! I even left my items visibly on the register as I continued shopping. It could not have been made any more clear they thought we were there to steal, following us with arms crossed and even asking me about an item my SO has purchased AS I AM CHECKING OUT AND IN PROGRESS OF MAKING A PURCHASE MYSELF. I get we're in a college town, I'd much rather leave my bag at the register than have this sort of treatment that sucks the fun out of a businesses that relies on fun. Not coming back.

We love taking our kids to Got Toys, however this location is not one we will come back to. When we arrived the people hired to run the place were smoking weed. Whole place smelt like a smoke shop. Do that stuff on your own time and not in a kids toy store

Has a price on the toys that do not match what they charge you at the register. They were price gouging $1 to $3 per item. What a scam! When we returned the items we were told that it was an additional tax they add. Some customer’s overheard our complaint to the employee, checked their receipt and also returned their items after seeing they were overcharged as wel. Beware!

I walked in with my daughters and the whole place smelt like weed. We won’t come back.
