AT&T Store

I originally gave the store two stars. The store hours were off on the website and I was frustrated with AT&T. The store manager.Javier worked on my phone and bill to get it right for an incredible length of time. He was professional and polite. I have come back and changed my rating to 5 Stars.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve dealt with at an AT&T store. Juan provided top notch customer service even while juggling other customers that came in after me. He was professional and provided thorough service. Thank you for making my phone transition a good one!

The rep was super fast, understanding and friendly. With my last Carrier they did not have service in the area I work at two days out the week or on some parts of the road I travel. Your company has great service and was the main reason for me starting service with AT&T. Great deals and phones as well. The rep helped me have peace of mind and guided me in the right direction. Excellent service! Anthony and Elli were very helpful & efficient! I especially appreciated the kindness and patience they gave me for I'm not hi-tech savvy. I didn't even know my Google account password and yet they got things done.

My experience here was wonderful due to the very helpful staff at this store. Allan was amazing at assessing an issue within my plan that was preventing me from getting a phone upgrade. He spoke to customer service, and various other departments, for me over the phone to make sure the issue was resolved. He was assertive toward the “run around” problem that unfortunately happens sometimes with customer service reps over the phone. He made it his duty to find the root of the problem for why the system was preventing me from getting a new phone. He was very clear and laid out options for me to ensure I got the best customer service experience possible. In the end, I walked out with a new phone just as I had anticipated and hoped for. He also helped my parents save a good amount of money on their account and upgraded them to a faster network that we had no knowledge about. He was very thorough in how it would benefit them. It’s a huge deal to inform your customers of their eligibility for certain perks and benefits. It means a lot. He also helped set me up with a good discount on my phone bill because of my workplace being part of the Signature program.

I’d also like to thank Tom as well. I spoke to him over the phone the day before and he explained to me thoroughly about how they would ensure my pictures and data from my old phone would be transferred to my new phone in the store. I had been hassling with iCloud for a whole 24 hours or so and was at wits end with the issue. Tom did a wonderful job at explaining the process in a way I could understand and answered every question I had. He helped ease my anxiety about that. Thank you Tom!!

I was having difficulty making a Payment to AT&T for my cell phone and could not call out .. so went to an AT&T store ... Clerk greeted us and wanted to know what we needed. He was very helpful and took my Cash payment ... Then said " try calling "

IT-Specialist! I rarely find myself walking into an AT&T Store for I can handle most of my phone issues online or myself. Recently I was having trouble and needed help. I walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony. Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He swiftly took care of the issue and had my phone back online in no time! Great customer service 👍🏼.

I came in to the store because I had a charge on my bill that I didn’t agree with and
Y YouTube was not working. Tom helped me by fixing both issues for and explaining how to fix it on my own next time. Thank you for the great service and I know I can come here to my store when I need help.

This is a great store!! Arnold and Cesar were amazing and helpful. They also changed the channel for me to watch a game while we waited! First time having AT&T and they made it a smooth transition!!

Came into the AT&T next Jimmy John's and was helped by James .He pulled up my account and was able to give the full information on why I was seeing a bigger bill and explained everything in detail. He was very friendly and respectful. He will be the one I go to if I never need help.

I came in to the store on 77 for some assistance with my phone because it wasn’t working properly. He got it working in no time. Tom was very helpful and pleasant. The service he provided me was amazing thank you for helping me resolve my issue.

Cesar was an excellent salesman and he helped me with everything I needed with the phones so that my mom and I wouldn't have any trouble with the new phones. He's a fantastic person.

Rarely am I left speechless, I walked into the AT&T store on 77 sunshine strip and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Peter. He was delightful, extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. Not only did he answer all my questions. He taught me how to really utilize my phone capabilities. He was so friendly and welcoming. He treated me like family, you need more Peters in your stores.

Great service! My husband and I went in for a quote that Selena (assistant manager) and the manager gave us days before. Then we showed up and Selena helped us out soo much. Felt bad cause we took so much of her time and she was by herself. But she definitely gave us a great experience! Thank you!

I took my phone in because my son had somehow linked my phone and my stepmother's phone. Leonardo got it fixed and what he did made her contacts disappear from my phone! I am thrilled! I have also bought phones from this store, added a line, and transferred a line and it was easy, clear, and painless.

I was in Texas on vacation and my phone Broke!!! I went in here and in all honesty, this was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have ever had with AT&T..... Matthew and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that this was done quickly and without any issues!!! They explained everything and even took the time to answer questions that they probably did not have to..... I highly recommend this location!! 100%. If I need a new phone I will actually go through them, even if it is remotely!!!
