I was looking for units all over town and this place was clean and good service. I think the Xmas decorations were great to real festive looking. I wish I knew who did it before now so they could decorate my home lol. Can someone tell Jesse thanks for being good and helping me understand the sizes of the unit?I'll be back in a couple weeks

Jesse Johnson brought our workplace notepads, hand sanitizer, pens etc. He was so pleasant and upbeat it made our whole day!! He educated us on the storage facility and the benefits of renting a storage unit I was definitely sold and will definitely be doing business with Jesse in the future. All around great experience

This property has really gone up hill lately super excited! We have had two units over a 3 year timeline and Jesse has been God's answer to prayer with all the personal issues we have had at every turn he has been there to help with these issues! If you need/want storage in texarkana please use this location ask for Jessie you won't be disappointed

I hit a snag upon move in but the Manager Jesse was amazing and help me out tremendously. Jesse was super friendly and helped with all my questions. He was really awesome and I greatly appreciate all his help.

Jesse, was great! He communicate all the terms and conditions of the contract he made sure I got the rate I seen advertised and he even gave me helpful tips about the insurance coverage overall my time spent with him wasn't long enough, because he was delightful person to talk too, and we both moved from the same area to Texarkana, so I had a great first interaction with Jesse and can't see anyone saying anything different. Great Service!!!

Jessie was incredible. He showed me the different units and even helped me when my lock got stuck on the weekend when he was off duty. I don’t have to worry about my things knowing he’s there, and the security features in place as well. I got a great deal on my unit and he worked with me on my insurance coverage. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this storage facility if you are in need of a safe friendly environment to store your items.

Jesse was awesome. First time renter. Jesse made it a great experience. We were unloading in 100 degree weather and Jesse brought us a couple of ice cold waters.

As we just got into town we were looking for something less expensive than U Haul storage. We had checked a couple of places and came upon U Store It by chance
We went in and the manager, Jesse, made us feel right at home. The move in price was absolutely fantastic as well as the monthly rate!
Jesse was so nice and helpful .. even giving us cold water a couple bandaids when I hurt my toe... I highly recommend U Store It. Stop by and tell Jesse hi!

Things have certainly improved since Jesse has taken over as manager. He is polite, professional and so helpful. I had to get a second unit and couldn't have asked for better assistance. The facility is better maintained and the office has easier access. I very much appreciate Jesse's friendly, positive attitude when I go in.

Jessie is great to work with. Online booking and paying makes it really simple.

I had the most amazing experience. The customer service from Jesse could not have been better. Not only are the prices great and the unit is in great shape, Jesse really makes you feel comfortable. Seems like the best place to store your valuables!!
