Chase Greenwalt did an excellent job in assisting me in transferring data from one phone to another phone. He also assisted me in other matters having to do with phone apps and did a great job there also.

Stopped at Mobile in Denison, TX yesterday with my dead phone in hand. I was met by Savannah, a big helpful smile and true understanding of my issue. She brought my phone back to life quickly and with true professionalism. Her asst. manager Chase was also there to help.

This was my first time using this location...I was impressed.

I moved over to TM after 18 years with Verizon...the last 3 of which were a series of failed commitments and raising issues to the exec level. I finally gave up after a king series of attempts to save the relationship.

T-mobile has met every issue except 1. A good start. I tend to stay with those who try to fulfill their part and always try to recognize those that show good service and true customer care....not often found anymore.

Hats off to these two young folks.

This store has the absolute best quality of customer service I have seen of any store period. Very nice and friendly caring staff. Not only were they the best for me I watched them with all the other customers in the store and well; Just Awesomeness!

This is pertaining to store number 374 and these people here are five star excellent we're talking about Francisco Ash and Chase and they actually took the time when I came in I was greeted it felt like I was going to purgatory , the staff here is outstanding again they were able to transfer my information from one phone to another and get my bill pay and whereas the T-Mobile store inside Walmart messed everything up but they're doing as good as they can because they were neophytes working there but I guarantee you chase and Francisco and Ash they need they need to be compensated in more ways than one and that's about it because I could go on and on but I won't bend your ear too much good night God bless thank you

Wonderful customer service we've used Ashlyn and Tanisha both Wonderful great agents very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire team seems amazing. The service is great much better than our prior provider of 30 years. I definitely recommend them .

While out of town found myself with the need to replace my phone, went to this Tmobile store & was fortunate to have Xavier help me...they did not have the phone that I needed due to shortages but he went above & beyond locating one at our next stop...he took the time to make phone calls & basically made the sale without making the sale. We really appreciate his time & effort to get us out of the jam we where in. We made the purchase the following day in Grapevine...nice job Xavier, Tmobile is fortunate to have you...

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They really seemed to listen and cover all my cellular requests well and left me with the knowledge necessary to take on a new phone! If you need to see t-mobile. Their store is the one to go to!

Let me 1st share a WOW... and a HUGE Thank You to Carlos, Beatriz,, India and Maya, Really many Kudos to you all, India and Maya for helping me with my granddaughter as Beatriz and Carlos addressed my many concerns. I am thankful that your store was there for me in this challenging time we are all going through, Not only was the service I received WAY above a 10+ the store was extremely clean and thoroughly sanitized as I watched the ladies do a great job even my granddaughter agreed, it smelled wonderful. Thank you Carlos and Beatriz for staying with me to make sure I was up and running even passed the hours you were suppose to close. My hopes are that people know of your store being open and that they know the Good Team that you all are . I live in Sherman Texas but My Favorite store to come now is T Mobile in Denison Texas. THIS is THE store to shop your cellular needs.
After years of good service at the Sherman location, the last 2 visits are Sherman t-mobile were horrible.
So we drove to Denison location and it was completely worth it !! Go here !! They explained everything and gave us a better deal than the sherman location even offered.
Extremely kind and helpful people.
I will ONLY go to this location in the future

Awesome awesome experience. Started in Sherman and ended up in Denison due to lousy experience in the Sherman store. No product at the sherman store and HORRIBLE customer service experience. Denison took great care of us and we left happy with 4 new devices.

Went to this branch after being told in Sherman branch that their system is not working (???) on May 7 around 6:30 pm. Lady at this branch is very nice and helpful. She spent 1.5 hours helping us
