it was an almost spiritual experience when i walked in the door, honestly, i have never been in a hybrid metaphysical/vape store like this one.
and when the bud tender and i karoake'd "shoop" while i was shopping, made my heart happy!
best store i have ever seen, and there have been plenty. i hope to run into you there because i cant sing good but i sing loud! wanna duet?

What an incredible store! They’ve got everything you need from dope glass to tattoo machines to skateboards and Toke Tools. Jennifer and her team are awesome! THE go-to shop for anything!

Alisha was super friendly and helpful when I went in. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to her job. The only issue I had was the short haired girl (didn’t catch her name) was really rude and unprofessional

I'm in here 2 to 3 times every week or two. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I never shop at any other smoke shop. If it's not open I wait until it is. I absolutely love illusions.

I absolutely love Illusions and the ladies who work behind the counter. Jennifer and Cassi are OUTSTANDING. The vape shop is very organized and easy to find stuff. The whole atmosphere of Illusions is just so welcoming and friendly. Love this store and the people who work here!

Fantastic staff on both store, vape and tattoo side. More then willing to answer any questions and will not try and put you in something you won’t know how to operate. The tattoo side does AMAZING work and they are so professional. I was blown away. Fantastic job guys. Keep up the good work!

Went in, over my lunch break, for jewelry, for my nose piercings. Nice selection and good prices. Fast and friendly service. Store has a big selection of unique gifts, as well as a tattoo and piercing parlor.

Not sure how to spell her name every one spells it differently, but Aylisha was incredibly nice had great service to her customers and helped getting me my nose piercings that I wanted she's a great person to be working there.

The worker (Lindsey? Sorry.) is always super nice. She's turned me onto new styles of body jewelry, doing demos/answering my questions. Always patient with me, really. Thanks!

Fantastic staff and a great selection of all kinds of things! The shop side is great, the vape side has an awesome selection and a great atmosphere and the tattoo artists and piercers are skilled and very knowledgeable of their craft.

Cole is amazing!!! I also run a business in cookeville, so our hours match up so I never get a chance to run by due to my schedule, but that does not stop Cole from going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!

I call him up, if they have my vaping items, juice, coils etc, even when I need a replacement HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE, getting it prepared for me to have someone pickup!! He truly makes Illusions what it is today with his awesome customer support!!! Thanks Cole!!!!
