Always friendly and super convenient quickly became my favorite store

End of the week during late evening visit. Discovered this new Murphy Express convenience store opened 11 November 2019. I have been anticipating the opening since I am a regular customer with local Murphy Express and Murphy USA locations in the Columbia Metropolitan Area.
The gasoline pumps have the latest technology for processing card purchases and provide excellent fuel flow rate for fast gasoline dispensing. During this late night visit, I have noticed the gasoline islands were well lighted as well as the entire property. Granted the convenience store is brand new; the store is clean; merchandise product layout offers quick excess to find products by category without constantly looking for a particular item. Staff friendly and informative. Appealing gasoline service and convenience store for the local Hopkins community and the regional commuter.
A national recognized brand for Hopkins, Lykesland and Eastover communities is positive for residents being offered quality convenience service and relatively competitive gasoline prices for regular, plus, premium, diesel and ethanol free gasoline tiers. Strategically positioned, this Murphy Express is located on the north west side of the Garners Ferry ( US Highway 378 ) - four land divided highway and Lower Richland Boulevard - a local secondary two lane road, offers safe access to the store from all directions without making a left turn from US Highway 378 and crossing the double yellow divided lines separating the highway. Patrons driving in the direction of Eastover and Sumter, can access the store by simply using the traffic light intersection and turn left onto Lower Richland Boulevard and turn immediately left onto Bunch Lane. Economically, this new Hopkins business will create a competitive environment for convenience service and gasoline prices for our community as well as partially adding financial support to the overall Richland County tax base in support for better county services and local schools.

Fuel islands were clean and the window washing containers were clean and filled. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm very excited about having this gas station here as Murphys are always clean fast and affordable! Reason for 4 stars not 5 is im dissatisfied with the new added concrete median in the center of garners ferry making it harder to make a left turn out of the cedar terrace neighborhood additionally I feel the layout of this gas station could have been more thoughtful of the substation 2 located behind it. Those two things aside i am pleased with this Murphys USA 🇺🇸
