This is by far one of the best managed 7-11 stores I've ever entered. The entire store, inside and outside, is always spotlessly clean. I'm always greeted by one of their very friendly staff members. The general manager, Isabel, is always very friendly, professional, and warm. She consistently greets me as if I'm a family member or friend, every time I enter the store. She always remembers what I'm coming in for every time and promptly has my items ready at the counter. She is definitely one of the most upbeat, positive, and chipper managers I've ever encountered in my entire life. She is always a pleasure to be around. Additionally, when I order food from the kitchen, their cook Rachel is an excellent cook. She always knows what my order is, correctly makes the food the first time, and it is always absolutely delicious. She too is always very friendly and outgoing. Lastly, there are other staff members that are well deserving of a "shout out" as well. Patricia, Megan, Devonte, and Memmory are always very polite, professional, and extremely friendly. I'm always given a warm greeting as a enter, I'm constantly asked if I need any assistance, and they always end every sentence with "My Pleasure." I would highly recommend this store to any individual that is looking for fresh food, a wide selection of products, and very friendly staff. Thank you.

Busy. Lunch time. Food is impressingly good at a gas station. Kind service. Food hot. Because of the lunch rush. I had to wait fir food. Tortillas are never right but eatable. I like this store.

Food is great as well as prices but I think you guys need a store on clear creek in killeen

I give this place two stars because the bathrooms are always very clean. The staff for the most part is very friendly. But.... The prices that are displayed at the point of product placement are NOT what they charge at the register. I go on a regular basis and they always charge more than what is priced. Mostly 10 to 30 cents but I have been charged $ 7 dollars for a can of soda which is labeled as $0.99. I was just there and once again got over charged. Nice place. Just be wary of what you pay.

Apple Pay is supported here but as of now it doesn’t work, but android pay works for some reason.(I tried to use Apple Pay)

I work there for maybe 2 weeks and my first day of training I got yelled at for messing up by the manager. As a manager be professional and not yell at your new employee. Also called the payroll office to try get my check but they said they sent it to the store and been trying to get a hold of the manager to find it or open a case for me to get a new card but she never at the store, it’s been a week now trying to get a hold of her for my check/card but she never there at the store. So now I’m calling every morning still trying to get a hold of her and the assistant manager keeps telling to wait when it’s been over a month since I left the store and like 2 weeks trying to get my check. I thought they would send my check to my house and not at the store.

Slow service, on multiple occasions when cashier Briana is working I've seen her hold up the line chatting with other employees about hitting the club and going out, customer service usually isn't bad except when she's up there.

Never shopping here again. They racially profiled a student I know from the school claiming he stole something even though the cameras showed otherwise. Funny thing is, most of their money probably comes from the students across the road. I wonder who else they’ve discriminated against. Probably their own workers which may be the reason they can’t keep most of them over a year. Sucks because the horrendous management is to blame and the workers have no choice but to cooperate with them in fear if being discriminated against or fired.

So many complaints they won’t address or fix. Terrible management overall. I prefer the Shell and Cefco gas stations further down the road. At least they address any and all issues people have. Great workers there at this place. Horrendous management.

Stolen card information from the pump,staff or both..Stay away.!!! Such an inconvenience pumps rarely work staff isn't the greatest but dealing with stolen debit information last straw..Never Again....

My food was old, I am sure it was from this morning, tortillas where fried in old oil and tasted nasty. Won’t be purchasing any more foods from here. Food should be fresh!

The people that work the taco cabana suck. I've never had any one screw up a quesadilla before. I guess they're too dumb to get it right.
