I went into the store having an issue with my SIM card and got nothing but an attitude from Mariah. After resolving the issue with me not being an authorized person on the account, she then gives me more attitude not seeming to want to help me. I drove 30 minutes to another store and they were able to help me immediately. I have never been more frustrated and upset over customer service than with Mariah. I recommend not going to this store until Mariah learns how to talk to people.
