Best foodlion in wilmington honestly. Cleanest one , calmest one . I quit shopping at Walmart because the prices are just as high as foodlion, so I'd rather skip all the drama , and the time it takes to get a few groceries. Also the food quality is way better at foodlion . Walmart produce is horrible lately, old or soggy, foodlion always has fresh , and always has some kind of deal going on . It's really making a come back I feel . Also there is a cashier at this food lion who really makes you feel like a customer , and treats you the way you wanted to be while being in a grocery store , almost like when we were kids shopping with our parents before "screen time" was a thing . Everyone just wants to get what they need , count their change , and get out . This is the place to go , especially if your having one of those days . Love this store ! Absolutely 💯 %

Good produce. Great thing about Foodlion is if your fruit never ripens or is bad, you don't get stuck with it. They will refund your money. Remember to keep your receipt.

Staff super nice, helpful, and personable! BIG shout out to Tina in deli. My son told me last minute that he needed a meat and cheese tray for school. I didn’t have luck when calling a separate local store, they didn’t even budge and told me they couldn’t help in a pinch. Tina had a can do attitude and got it done for me. Did not make me feel like an inconvenience and was even super kind when I came in to pick it up. Will definitely be coming back for any future needs. Thank you so much!

Food Lion is the best all around store. Consistently the cheapest. I don't know how other stores stay in business. This one is clean, and neat. Friendly cashiers as well. This store also stays stocked, and I have rarely seen an empty shelf due to sell out of a product. The meats at this store are not the best of cuts, but average enough to always be good.

Quick fast and easy self check out is great didn’t have to talk to no one just inn and out

My personal experience, their meat, fresh vegetables and dairy products, seem like having a much better quality and last much longer Walmart.

Friendly, quick, the highest number of staff I've ever seen manning registers at any grocery store. Furthermore, when my car died in their parking lot they were fast to assure me it would be fine overnight. Great customer service.

Great place to go pick up some groceries. Helpful staff. Have never had to wait in a long line. Always have the basics that I need for my grocery shopping and then some. Typically have decent meat selection, which is nice.

This is a well managed store. The meat man went back and got my Boston butt. Store is always clean and easy checkout. Well stocked on everything I normally buy. Keep up the good work.

Food Lion is one of my go-to stores but today when I was there I was in the dairy department and I had a question for a woman that was working there and she was kind of rude she says you have to hurry up because I'm on a time frame I think that's rude and it's bad customer service I understand you're working but the customer comes first I'm not going to call her out but she knows who she is!... I was there the day before Thanksgiving and this is the second time I've got an attitude from one of the employees.... I had to return two items and they happened to be meet and she got an attitude saying oh we're short staffed that's all so you don't want these I said no she doesn't want them and then she started ringing up my order and I said oh could you please put those in paper bags and she said you might want to let us know before we start ringing it up.... So just a heads up those people in that store have attitude.

This is a nice clean store. They had everything I needed. Easy check out. Friendly ppl. I did not have to walk a mile to get my food. :)

Well organized and clean. Very friendly staff and manager. I run in just before closing at least twice a week and the staff kindly doesn't rush me nor do they become aggravated.

Not the biggest in size, but they have just about anything you would need food wise. Best prices of all the major supermarkets in Wilmington NC.

There always seems to be enough staff to accommodate the customers needs, and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. This isn't something I've seen with many of the Food Lion locations, and I think that this location and the one on Kerr Road really set an excellent example for the others.
