We had the best experience here thanks to Skyler! My roommate and I had to get a new couch as soon as possible. We described what we were looking for and he was super helpful in showing us around. The guy knows his furniture and I never felt pressured to purchase something outside of my budget. 10/10 experience. Shout out to you, Skyler, you rock!

We had Kota help us pick out our couch for our new house. This guy was absolutely amazing. Not pushy, very helpful, and super knowledgeable. He really tried to get what was best for us and with that being said, did just that. Phenomenal person to have over there. If you’re wanting a couch to fit your needs, definitely ask for him!!

Had the best experience! I worked closely with Skyler when trying to figure out getting the best sectional and Skyler went above and beyond when offering to help. He provided great info on current sales, gave me his personal number so we could stay in touch, and provided awesome recommendations on what he’d personally do if he were buying a couch. When I first arrived I was greeted by Skyler, he was super friendly and very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable right away. He helped me pick out a couch for my new apartment along with a coffee table/end table. I love the fact he wasn’t pushy and did not harass us like some people tend to do. He was the total opposite gave us enough space to explore and then checking in when the time was right. He was able to get me a great deal! The shopping experience was super. We weren't sure what we wanted. I found John quite knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the advantages of different product lines, fabric choices, and trade-offs between the options. Ashley has honestly addressed our needs for more resilient fabric and more comfortable seating (we bought reclining couches). If they hold up over the years, we should be in great shape!

He did a great job explaining our options and had tons of patience with when we wanted to shop around before returning to Ashley furniture, we did go to other stores first to make sure they we found what worked for our home, and Skylar was awesome about the entire experience, make it super easy! As a previous satisfied customer, I contacted my local Ashley Furniture store when I wanted to purchase a lift top coffee table. I spoke with Aaron Hoplight who was helpful with previous purchases. We set an appointment time convenient to us both. He was very helpful again in showing me my options and figuring out how I could get the best deal. He suggested I purchase the 5 year protection package, and I appreciate that. Delivery is expected in just a couple days.

Recently bought a couch and 2 accent chairs at this location and honestly my partner and I were shocked that we found such nice pieces and got the help we needed! We worked with a man name Dane he was super knowledgeable about our couch, helped us out with price matching with the site- saved us a decent amount of money and he wasn’t pushy at all

I went into Ashley not expecting to make a purchase as it was the first place I was browsing. I knew nothing about buying furniture or what would look best in my space. Skyler Staples assisted me during my time there and I am so thankful he did. He was not pushy AT ALL, knew the answer to every question I had, was so friendly and personable, and gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced. He was so patient with me during the process when I was very indecisive and didn’t know anything about the financial aspect. A young gentleman named Skyler helped me and my family with all of our questions about a marked down item. He went above and beyond helping us even though he wasn't making a commission on this item because it was marked down so much. We hope he is there for a while so we can say hi and get help from him the next time we go to the store.

Went to Ashley’s for a couch, not entirely sure what we wanted and shopping with a toddler. Skyler assisted us and was great with our son. Very knowledgeable, helpful but also gave us our space to decide. In the end we left with a tired toddler and a great couch! Definitely will be back when we need anything else.

John is absolutely wonderful! He helped my mom, husband and I try out all of the mattresses and worked with us to figure out what we each liked. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Some salesman can be very pushy and “salesy” but John was not that way at all, and I appreciated that. He made sure we got the very best deal and we ended up walking out with a free adjustable base!! We will be shopping at Ashley for future furniture items, and highly recommend John.

I've been known to walk out of stores as soon as there's a hint of sales pressure. We had a wonderful experience with John. I would call him an advisor as opposed to a salesman. Absolutely no pressure and he helped us reach the best decisions for our furniture needs. Our order arrived when promised to our house. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a sofa at Ashley for my office after prior purchases there for both my home and office. Both times I worked with Skylar and had the best experience. He was helpful, friendly and communicated all needed information (pricing, delivery details etc) clearly.
