I had two posters framed at Michels by Morgan and they turned out fantastic. Morgan chose everything…I definitely do not have an eye for that and she did an awesome job. I’d definitely recommend and ask for Morgan if you want a great job done with your art.

You can find lots of good products for many different arts crafts and handmade projects. Nice place!

Recently had an amazing experience at this Michaels frame department with a wonderful employee named Morgan.

I came in with a million questions and absolutely no idea what I wanted to do about a unique sized poster that I needed framed and matted in a larger frame.

Morgan stopped what she was doing, and it was clear she was already incredibly busy, and yet she worked with me step by step until every single detail of the poster and frame were perfect.

I honestly felt bad for how much time I took from her, but she kept a smile on her face and answered all of my questions (which I'm sure 90% were entirely unnecessary), and I left there knowing I was going to end up with a beautiful framed poster for my home that means a lot to me.

Not only does Michael's need more employees like Morgan, ALL companies need more people like her.

She's the type of person that makes you want to come back to the store, in hopes that they'll be there when you're in need of help again.

Michael's is the best for custom framing! They have all the possibilities you could need, give good advice and even look for the best possible price for you!! Their artificial flowers are beautiful too! Here's my custom-framed poster and lovely bouquet of peonies!

I can’t stay out of this store! I usually come with my children and they love it as well. The only downside I have is when my children need to use the restroom and I’m afraid to take them because of how bad it was the very first time I took them in there. But other than that it’s the only craft store that doesn’t make me feel overwhelm walking through it.

Set in a good location, easy access. Offers a solid variety of art and craft supplies. What is not available at the store can be ordered and delivered to home. A little pricey, but offers coupons online to reduce cost as reasonable.

The employees here are very helpful! I was looking for several items and had to ask where they were. Each employee was able to direct me to the area I needed to be. Thanks for all the help guys!! The importance of keeping a store with numerous employees to assist you. Not a trend today.

It has changed a great deal in the last few years but I still can find what I need. No matter what I am working on. My adventures in working with many projects is ongoing. I'm glad I can find everything. One stop shop. Thank you!

I went in looking for yarn to make a jumbo sea turtle for a friend. I have to go back for more yarn I got 3 more orders for them. Fantastic selection of different yarns

My favorite place to shop and browse. Plenty of items to choose from. The music is very nice to listen to as I shop. Staff are very friendly.

Despite the hectic holiday season the employees are always kind and patient, maintaining a welcoming smile through it all. A special shout out to Isabelle who was a huge help to me, she went above and beyond to make it a seamless shopping experience. Also to Morgan in the framing department, she was beyond helpful when I needed ideas and materials to frame some art myself. Thank you!

This store always has what we are looking for - and plenty of things we didn’t know we needed! The layout is good, the shelves are well-stocked and neat, and they always have the latest trends featured prominently on end caps or standalone islands. Definitely the best craft store in town.
