The UPS Store

I frequently use the service of this UPS facility. I want to acknowledge the awesome team that works so hard and are always helpful. When ever they see that I have a heavy item they are quick to give me assistance. I particularly want to acknowledge the wonderful help that April has provided to me whenever I come in. She works so hard and I appreciate her service. You are fortunate to have her on your team. April you Rock!

Mr Craig was so thoughtful and thorough with my package needs. If feel like he really cared about making sure my items arrive safely and securely. I would seek this store out again just for the employees.

Great store! A fellow by the name of DJ assisted me here and I was blown away by his extensive knowledge and patience while helping explain my options. I had to get a print job done and I didn't know what to expect or even how to submit what I needed printed. But with this top tier thoroughness I will be back here if I ever need anything printed again.

Great customer service!!! I had the pleasure of having Trenna Stevens helping me. She was so nice when I accidentally had all my Amazon returns coded with a Staples barcode. She patiently waited for me to switch them over to UPS barcodes. Love this UPS location!

Craig greeted me with a wonderful smile and rapidly took care of me. This store is so awesome. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There services are always consistent from visit to visit. ♥♥♥ very enjoyable to do business with them

DJ and the whole crew deserve a pat on the back. They were so quick to help me get a booklet printed and coil bound. It turned out beautiful and they were so nice to work with. I will be back for all my printing needs.

Every time I go there I am greeted warmly, and they always help me with whatever it is that I need to do. They don’t seem to mind helping me which I really appreciate. They’re always patient while I look on my phone for information about my prime orders. they don’t treat me like I’m a pain in the rear end. All of the employees are wonderful but especially the tall black guy. I wish I knew his name.

Had an outstanding experience with several people there on several occasions for a special order- large project. Very responsive. Great follow- through. Reasonable price. Used design services too- well done. Highly recommend. 5 stars for sure. Outstanding customer service too.

Awesome service by Ashley the manager. She helped me with getting some color prints cut and laminated for a school project.

They are always friendly and kind. Even when they are very busy, there are mentioning to everyone "we will be with you soon"

I normally dont post reviews, but credit needs to be paid here. I have been using this UPS store since I moved to this area 6 months ago. The entire staff is always kind and warm welcoming whenever I go in. But two employees have just gone above and beyond for me. Chris and Nic, thank you. I am not great at photo shop adjustments and correct formatting for printing stuff, and one of them has always helped me get done what I needed to get done. They walk me through what they are doing and explain everything in a way I can grasp it. Every person in this world has strengths and weaknesses and these two gentlemen have also showed their strength by not making me feel weak about knowledge I dont have. I will continue to give my business to this store as long as those guys are there. Good job whoever hired those two. Thanks fellas. AP
