Bases Loaded

I just want to say how great this place is. A few weeks ago, my son went to buy a leg guard. When he got home, he opened it and finds out that it's for the wrong leg, I returned back to bases loaded today to get a right leg guard. The representative at the front counter went out of his way to go in the back and find me the correct leg guard. When he returned, he looked at the package and noticed it was open and informed me that they would not be able to return it. He asked me to hold on and he went and talk to the manager. They both return to the front counter to tell me that they would not be able to return it. The manager then said that for this one time he will return it. Basically, he took a return that he will not be able to sell and went out of his way to return the open package so I was able to get the correct leg guard at no extra cost. Bottom line, he sacrifice $100 product to keep a customer like me for life. Again, thank you for what you did and I appreciate your customer service.

The BEST experience I have ever had in a sporting goods store. Best customer service!! Their employees are so knowledgeable and even fixed my daughters mitt. We tested bats and had a wonderful time. Recommend to everyone. Bases loaded please come to Reno Nevada!!!

Amazing selection of baseball and softball necessities. The staff were super helpful and helped us find everyone we needed for our boys to find what they needed and more.

Man, this kid name Logan is a true pro when it comes to customer service. He went out of his way to find everything we needed for my daughter’s catchers gear. Because of his service, we ended up buying more items than we needed…..lol

The store literally has everything you need for baseball or softball. My daughter was able to find all her softball equipment. All the gentleman that were working were very knowledgeable and willing to help.

This place is amazing.
There have everything you need to play the game and train for kids and adults. The selection is really unlike anything we have in the Phoenix area. Even their baseballism section has more variety than the Baseballism boutique in Scottsdale. I can’t wait to take my son here.

Love bases loaded. If I dont buy direct I buy via amazon since they sell on there. I was here the other day to pick up things that I couldnt wait 2 days for. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around nice. Great store for baseball/softball loving folk.

Amazing full service baseball equipment supplier. They do bat wraps and custom glove lacing. Very friendly and helpful. Clean store with great equipment selection.

My daughter is going to be playing softball this year for the first time. I needed to buy her a catchers mitt. While I love Dick’s s sporting goods overall, they don’t have someone who specializes in gloves there everyday. They did here.

In addition, the bathroom is down a Hall way where they have plaques listing the Gold Glove winners over the last ten years. Gold Glove? The real beauty of baseball.

I wonder if there are stores like this strictly for basketball or football?

Best store for softball around. They also have everything baseball related, but it is very hard to find quality softball gear. We have shopped here for years and I cannot recommend them enough. Gloves broken in ready to go, every color sock imaginable, bats galore. We love Bases Loaded. I also used them for the Little League I was president of, they were always on it with whatever order we needed.

Incredible customer service. We were helped for over an hour by Troy, fitting us with the best possible bat in our price range. Huge selection, and places to try out bats and what not. Definitely recommend, won’t be disappointed!

I buy all my son's baseball equipment here. The best part is they will actually spend time with you and make sure you get what you want and what will fit. Me and my son spend 1 hour with a guy trying on gloves it was awesome.

We just bought a new DeMarini bat there yesterday. The salesman was very helpful with the selection process. He let my daughter go outside and swing a few to see what worked best for her. He was patient, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She used the new bat today; she hit a double, a triple and a home run to the fence. A big thank you from Chloe!
