Izzy who is an employee at the T-Mobile as well has been very helpful whenever I have phone issues or I need a screen protector put on my latest device. They never hesitate to help me and they never push any sales agenda for me to purchase items of their store. Highly recommend.

Enrique gave me exceptional customer care!!! Was extremely informative ... Showed me how to transfer data to disk and answered so many questions about phone usage. Another plus about this location unlike the neighborhood T- mobile store in Silver Spring there was no wait at all to be serviced. This location and staff highly recommended for customer service and fast service.

My family and I went to the T mobile store located at 15428 New Hampshire Ave MD 20905. After being with Verizon for more than 12 years we were finding the prices to be too high. We also were experiencing a lot of spotty reception in our neighborhood. Neudy, the store manager was so helpful and was able to port over our lines and provided excellent service. If you are looking to get a more affordable rate and also excellent customer service you need to come here!

Aaron asked what we wanted, showed us some options including discounts, and copied our files on to our new phones once we had selected them. He explained clearly and concisely how things worked. During the time we were there, other customers came in with problems or complaints. Most were resolved quickly. This is a small store with a big service ethic.
