Exactly what I expected and hoped for from a local gun shop offering gunsmithing. Excellent service and thorough work delivered on time. They took excellent care of my 68 year old rifle while breaking it down for cleaning and repair. My experience with other shops has generally been the cause of frustration. Additional damage while not actually fixing anything. That was not the case with Jacks. They provided excellent gunsmithing, with care, and in a timely manner. The shop is also full of the odds and ends that my collection needs to improve like hammer spurs for Marlins and the correct scope bases and rings. I prefer to talk to someone about my purchases and not order on line. I will definitely go back. Thank you to all at Jacks.

Great customer service. Bought a Savage 212 turkey gun from them. Had an issue with the bolt. I brought it back, and they took care of the problem right away. Any other shop would have made me send it back to Savage. Jack and Ron were fantastic, I highly recommend their shop. My next gun purchase will be made at Jack's. Very knowledgeable owner. Bends over backwards to help you and is very eager to answer all questions. I have always had my needs met on every single visit. When shipping handguns into Maryland with an FFL he has the most reasonable prices.
