They carry some gorgeous clothing. Sadly, the largest dress sizes they had in store were M or size 8. I saw two not-cute size L dresses and not a single dress size above 8. The salespeople were pushy and I wish I’d called them out on the fact that there was no point in pushing if their clothes don’t even fit me

Usually the service is friendly and kind but they should really keep their comments about how something fits on a customer to themselves instead of telling their coworkers about their opinion about how something’s fits on a customer.

Purchased a dress from Stacey. Got home and decided it was just too big. Returned to the store two days later with the dress (unworn and tags intact). This time Stephanie "helped" me. I asked for an exchange for a size 4, which they did not have) so I asked for a refund. They said I could have store credit only b/c that was "store policy". I asked stephanie to call her manager to see if they could make an exception only because I'm from out of town. I said if I lived locally it would be no problem! She called her manager and, in short, her manager refused for no reason other than it was 'store policy'. Mind you, I specifically asked if it was something they could choose to do if they wanted and stephanie basically said yes but it wasn't her call. So, this store, that couldn't exchange for the proper size, choose not to do the right thing for an out of town customer. Stephanie's brilliant observation was to just 'find something else'. This was a $450 dress. So you're asking me to just “find something else” when what I want will cost me another $450? How detached from reality can someone be? Stephanie then rang up the store credit (without me agreeing to it) then looked past me asking the next customer to step up. Her behavior was one of the most inconsiderate and rude gestures I've seen in a LONG time. How does this place keep customers? Do yourself a favor and buy the exact same stuff from stores like Nordstrom or Shopbop who have a fair return policy. No one should be cheated out of their money like this.

Sadly...I used to like this store until today..I guess they thought because I was black I was going to shoplift. I had a shirt in my hand that I was asked did I want to try on I and before I could say no the sales woman took it out of my hand and put it behind the counter. They then moved the jar with the headbands in it to the back....When I asked what happened to the headbands she put the jar back on the shelf with no explanation..The nervous sales girl kept bumping into me because she was so close to me...This was blatant and uncalled for..By the Grace of God I can afford what you can afford Ms..you are not better than me and I do not steal... Stop being afraid and intimidated by a black person. Today it was obvious and I will make sure I let every person I know how I was treated...
