AT&T Store

Had an issue with my new Iphone 13 not allowing texts or calls after transferring all my data from my Iphone SE. Brittany totally figured out the problem and had everything up and running in about 10 minutes. All while helping another customer. Fabulous, thank you so much!

This was AT&T 6346 York rd 21212, morning of 3/14/22, when it 1st opened that day.

Shanay was awesome! I felt like I was at home while purchasing my new Razor Plus. Shanay has a calm and collective vibe which made me at ease with my decision making. I was having a stressful time and now my problems are solved (phone wise at least lol). Allana was super cool too, her assistance is much appreciated. Marvin was very helpful to me as I transferred my phone plan from a Japanese service to the US. He even stayed past the closing hours for a few minutes to ensure that I had everything I needed. I traded in my old phone and attained some store credits which would allow me to pay for one or two of my bills which was awesome. They welcomed me to return if I had any further questions. It’s difficult to find patient and kind employees these days and I am extremely grateful to have come across Marvin and his manager to help me out! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place for phone services.

Shanay and staff were great! I traded in my older phone for the new iPhone 15. The transaction was seamless. Very pleasant and knowledgeable employees.

I went to this store after not receiving much help at another local AT&T store. This store was incredible. They are loaded with knowledge and great customer service. Mercedes understood and answered every question I had as if they had been asked a million times before. Her concern and care were second to none. Chris and Andrew were also very helpful with other processes of my upgrades and trade-ins. I will make this my AT&T store as long as they are there. I was extremely lucky to find them.

This location is one of the best for top quality customer service and support. Lamont to very good care of us and made us feel appreciated and supported. Mercedes assured a panicking customer that they would assist her situation. This is a great team.
Other locations could use them as a model of quality customer service.

Super nice and helpful staff. I had a very strange problem with iPhone cellular and the tech tried a lot of debugging techniques. Ended up being an Apple issue. But I will recommend this store for future AT&T needs.

My first visit to this store was very impressive. First of all the store is attractive...all their products are displayed in a neat & orderly
manner, which makes them appeal to the customer immediately with easy access. My first encounter with a sales person was equally impressive, his name was Andrew. He was pleasant, & very helpful and made my visit there a wonderful experience one that I would like to repeat

I was in need of new phones for the family and I needed a new phone for work right away. Funds were limited and other competitors quoted prices out of my range. I was able to get what I needed with a newer phone model for the price I could afford. Daquan, the service representative there worked efficiently and quickly to get me what I needed. He was personable and his knowledge of services and technology was impeccable.

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Da’Quan. The store was closing and he agreed to help me with the issues I was having with my phone. Even though the issue was not something that could be fixed by AT&T, he called apple for me and ensured that they provided me with the help that I needed. He continued to help me until he was sure that apple would fix my issues, even though we were on hold for over 30 minutes. I am so grateful to him and for his help. He is truly a model employee! Thank you so much Da’Quan, I really appreciate it!

Daquan, a City College grad, gave such kind, quick, helpful service to this Poly teacher! No evidence of Poly-City rivalry here! I cannot remember when I have had such a seamless, helpful experience in a store. They couldn't help me on the phone, and he had me in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my new phone working and a new case. I can't say enough about this young man, so nice and helpful!

Great employees. I believe Marvin assisted in giving me estimates. Great team. If I'm ever looking to change my service, I will keep this location in mind.

We walked in just before closing on a Saturday evening, 12/14/19. There was only one employee in the store but he could not have been any nicer or more professional. He set up my son's phone and recovered a lot of data from his stolen phone. We usually DREAD going to the AT&T store, but we will be returning to the York Rd store. It was a very pleasant experience.

Mercedes, DaQuan, and Chris were very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were able to help me with an upgrade in what seemed like no time at all. I was very pleased with the service and recommend that all AT&T customers in the area visit this location.

This store is a top-notch store in terms of customer service and product knowledge. They're definitely aiming to service the customer, even UP TO the point of the store closing (I arrived 10 minutes before closing and the unlock and let me and my brother in). Aamir is a major asset to this store and company. Do try to retain him however possible.

And as a Signature customer and former AT&T employee, seeing this a good example for what DMOQs in practice are. Continue the efforts. The only thing I wish was published was that this location doesn't take checks. Otherwise, great store and great service.

Lamont was great! He was the only rep in the store but was amazingly able to support 4-5 patrons and acknowledge each new store visitor. I was in awe! Superb Professional!
