AT&T Store

Very nice and clean store, Ms. Anna helped me she is very professional and nice and she answered all my questions that I needed answered. I wish she could’ve helped me the day before. My experience with Ms. Alexis was horrible

Was really happy with the service we received from the Wax Road ATT. The store manager helped us out immediately and she did a terrific job explaining everything all while helping out other customers too.

I came in on 04/03/23 because I needed to replace my Galaxy S9+ very badly and wanted to take advantage of the Samsung and AT&T offers for the Galaxy S23. Alexis helped me out as soon as she finished with the customer she was with. Ended up getting a new line and awesome new phone in no time at all. Alexis was the best AT&T sales rep. that I've dealt with since I've been dealing with AT&T (over 10 years).

The first time I went to this store (over a year ago) I had a not-so-great experience. Although the manager at the time was quick to respond and handled my issue, I still had a bad taste in my mouth with the store. But CURRENTLY, I decided to go back to the local store and give it another shot. I dealt with Jessica and Amber... they were awesome!! They welcomed me, helped me with my problem, and even found a way to save me money on my monthly phone bill. I am so happy that I gave our central AT&T store another chance because it was an awesome experience. People are quick to complain when things don't go their way - I want to be sure and give credit to those when they do an outstanding job... good job y'all!

Amber helped me with my phone purchase, explained exactly how to back up and transferred everything for me. Made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me a quick lesson on the operation differences between my old phone and my new one. She was so helpful and professional!! Thank you Amber!!!

I got my cell phone at at&t store in central I love my cell phone chelsea Whittington she put everything back on my new cell phone and she teach me know about my new cell phone that time. The people give my mom a new cell phone mom's old cell phone was broke the people work at at&t store them are really wonderful. The at&t store is amazing

This is THE BEST store to go to for any of your needs including U-Verse or cell phones. I have been going here for years because the employees are so helpful and nice. They set up my U-verse and I love it! I also get all my cell phones from there.
