I had the most amazing experience at Necessary Secrets. I was nervous, because as a plus size woman sometimes shopping can be intimidating. Mindi and Lauren were absolutely incredible. From the minute we walked in to the store they were welcoming, encouraging and comforting throughout the entire process. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they made me feel beautiful. I was there with my sister and my niece and we all felt like new women after getting our new bras. I highly recommend necessary secrets. These ladies will make you feel comfortable and confident!

I came in yesterday because I needed to be sized for new bras. I was greeted upon entry and immediately received help with being measured and sized. The lady helping me had me in and out with new bras in twenty minutes! I’m so happy it was such a quick, non-judgmental environment. I’ll definitely coming back soon when I have more time so I can check out their Valentine’s Day stock.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had at this store. Everyone was kind and friendly. I’ve never felt so comfortable shopping for new bras. At 38 years old, I’ve finally found my correct bra size and when I finally put on a supportive bra, I almost cried. The immediate relief was shocking. They were so excited for me! I honestly felt like I could’ve conquered the world. I will always remember the positivity and support I received from everyone that worked there. It felt like family, they truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They have a customer for life!

I went to Necessary Secrets for undergarments for a dress I purchased for my son’s wedding. Exceptional service!! I went back several months later because I had lost over 40 lbs and needed to be resize. Again excellent service they really know the brands and sizes and what is best for your shape and size. Thank you!

My daughter and I stopped in yesterday and was greeted by a lovely sales associate. This was our first time shopping at this store. Lynn measured me and made suggestions. I did settle on two bras, and Lynn, I actually can step in it👍. My daughter was measured and fitted also. We will definitely return. It’s great to have a real in store experience with knowledgeable , friendly ladies.

This was the best bra shopping experience I’ve had. I made an appointment to get measured and purchase an everyday bra, a strapless bra, and some undergarments for my wedding. Ms. Mindi helped me and was extremely efficient and helpful. She ensured I got exactly what I wanted and that everything fit well for my body. I was able to customize the sizing for the strapless bra, and the pickup after alterations was quick and easy. This is where I will do all my future bra shopping!

I love this place. Sue did a great job of measuring me! The bras that they carry are high quality and they have a large selection -- plus, what they don't have, they can order for you! One word to the wise - the return policy is different from big box stores (only 7 days for store credit).

I haven’t gone to any other stores for bras (many years now) since finding Necessary Secrets. I usually try on a couple of different bras and get ones that I like. At other stores there was no help and after trying on 30 or more I would leave with none. This store has great employees that know what they are doing!

Excellent service with Ms. Lynn! My 14 year old was properly sized with gentleness for her first time and she enjoyed the variety of options they have. Awesome lady and very nice varieties will return soon.

Sales Lady was awesome. Very knowledgeable about bras and can look at me and pretty much know my size. I am extremely pleased. This will be the only place to purchase my bras. Also, they offered various prints and colors not just basic nude or black.
