The Home Depot

I went to the White Marsh store (Pulaski Hwy and Campbell). The staff could not have been more helpful. John in Plumbing and Tom (from Garden, I think) were especially helpful. I needed something cut to fit in my car. Some stores would have turned me away. Tom helped me find what I needed, and John assisted me the rest of the way with my purchase. Top notch and friendly customer service are so rare these days. I found both at the White Marsh Home Depot. Thanks, guys!

Always clean! Always organized! And fully stocked

Great store but there’s a particular African American lady at customer service that always has an attitude with bad energy. When I see here in store I immediately walk out. Otherwise great store. Tool and truck rentals are great too.

Nice area plenty of parking it's a shopping area with plenty of stores you can even grab a bite to eat after leaving from shopping with the family or even your self ,staff is kind but they some of them may not know where everything is but there kindness will help you quickly get over it I went for ant spray I was in and out !

After a frustrating day of jumping between stores for a mistake that seemingly nobody wanted to solve, Jennifer and Ralf stepped up big time! I was this close to reaching out to the complaint department.. long story short, Jennifer and Ralf did right by this customer and made a bad situation good again. Thank you!

Jen from Lawn and Garden helped me out tonight and has helped me out in the past many times. Every time I seem to be wandering the store she appears out of nowhere to the rescue! If she doesn’t know the answer she’ll find the answer or find another person to ask. She’s always extremely helpful, moves fast and has a great attitude - that is rare to see this day in age in retail. People define a business, otherwise it’s just a store. Thank you!

Favorite store for garden supplies and home improvement. They always seem to have what I need, or they will recommend a substitute for the item.

I had a great experience today. Today, Cathy was my cashier. She was out in lawn and gardens. She was the nicest and most helpful person I ever came on contact at there. Great Customer service is one of reasons I come there HD over Lowes. Cathy was a big part of that today...

I had to get this off my chest... I currently work @ Home Depot. In all my years of working.
I never liked a job i worked or Staff( BEING HONEST). But the first time in my life. I truely LOVE A JOB😁 The manager the staffs. They say things like. APPRECIATE YOU, THANK YOU, HOW ARE YOU FEELING, THEY help with personal issues if they can etc.... I Lucked up getting here. True blessing for me!!! Hopeing to be here for a longggggggg time!!!

Like coming here as I am able to get what I need as a do-it-yourselfer. Times change and the newer appliances are more efficient and designed to save money and energy. Love the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge given as to how and what you need to complete your project.

One of the ladies in customer service and the paint department offered me a great discount on a toilet I was buying by opening an account. She also helped to make sure things went smoothly at checkout. Great experience except for delay in the tile department waiting for the tile man.

I should know the cashier's name by now I see her often in the lawn and garden station. I'm always greeted with a smile a joke and today she gave my partner and I too cold outside of the water very nice touch thank you.

They always have what you need if it's in stock there are certain pieces that are not in stock that disappoint me because they're small pieces but they're pieces that I need. However there are a few people there I guess they're just retired and work part time and that's fine I'm glad to doing something with their lives however if they don't have a scanner on them and continue that they have a item then they should direct you to someone that should. Often I go in there and a lot of people don't want to take the time to take you where something is specifically they'll just tell you what aisle and it is in. I have really found someone that will take you to the item that you're looking for

This store is great! Though it's never busy when I go, I'm able to get in, find what I need, and get out. They have the self-service checkout (always someone standing there to assist) and that makes checkout a breeze. THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY! We can (and do) take our leashed dogs in to shop with us. The staff are friendly and helpful w/my questions. Great store.

Tonight's trip to home Depot was awesome. The night crew is fabulous and very helpful. I was looking for a ring camera system the computer said there was 8 in stock. When I tell you mr Mark and ms mrs Kathy help me look so hard. No luck on find them. They definitely didn't have to do what they did but thank y'all.

Was having a problem with a company doing some work for me that I ordered over 2 months ago. Fortunately, it was ordered through Home Depot. and with Jackie's help in customer service I think the problem may be resolved. What a nice lady , who went above and beyond to resolve my issue !!

This store is close to me, I spend a lot of money at HD Nottingham as i purchased an old house so I am constanting working on it. This store is smaller than others but usually has what I need. Friendly staff, returns easy, store is clean, but people always leaving trash in parking lot.🙁

I brought a genius 11.
When they delivered it came in damaged and missing parts. I called Homedepo and was on the phone back and forth for an hour. I final went back to where I bought the grill and spoke with April the customer service agent at The Home depot at White Marsh location. She was very professional and helpful she took care of my problems. I want to thank her for all the help she provided me

The employees at this store are awesome! I ordered a new grill for pickup and it wouldn't fit in my SUV. I recently moved to MD and know no one to help me.. especially with a truck. The guys made a few calls for me and had it arranged to get delivered to my house same day. Thank you again for your help! It means a lot especially in the situation I'm in!
