This bakery is our go to for kids birthdays. Affordable and super cute designs, oftentimes in the case and ready to grab! They also do custom requests. Lacey is super talented and during our last visit to grab cupcakes for class, Shontell went above and beyond for us with a quick, on the spot, customization🙌🏼 She was AWESOME!

Winn Dixie is my go to, neighborhood store!!The store is clean, the products are fresh, and the employees are very nice. The prices run in the middle of the road. They aren't the most expensive, and they're not the cheapest. They stock daily, and if they run out of something, it's usually stocked with in a day or two. It's a good store! You can get freshly cooked deli style food items as well. I love their fried chicken!! They have side dishes and a salad bar. I also like their freshly made pizza. So good. 😁

Alright Winn- Dixie y'all have some great employees that really make Customers feel welcome last week Aug 11th it was two nice women in the deli section....

Tonight it was Latanya a Sweet Cashier nothing but great vibes my bill came up to $ 114.00 dollars 💸 I only had no more than 92 dollars cash 6 dollars in quarters and lol some pennies , nickles and dimes in a crown royal bag she said you gone need bout 14 more dollars i like man i left my other money at home etc so i put a few items back until i got to 98 dollars
...... for me it was Lantanya kind Hearted and patience and understanding her just being herself she was helping me count it and everything just the good spirit i got from her i walk out Win Dixie smiling not feeling Embarrassed even though i wasn't Embarrassed but she made sure i didn't feel less than that small kind act of love spoke volumes... and shot out my Aries friend Lynn she be doing the money orders and lottery tickets she cool too always smiling working and helping people y'all are very much appreciated just in case you don't here it enough! Heard lot about Winn- Dixie. We stopped there for Supercharger for our Car. And while waiting we visited there. It was nice grocery store, lots of bakery ready to eat food available.

Great customer service no matter how tired they are or how stressful today has been they never let it show awesome customer service awesome awesome prices on the food and I think this is the best winn dixie in the whole USA whoever created this store was the best idea ever... Thx a mil

Great place to grab my groceries and get refills for my Pura water. Plus they carry propane tanks which really helps when I'm in the mood to grill.

A little disappointing the past couple of weeks. I’ve shopped at Winn Dixie once per week for about a year now. This store used to be great - brightly lit, clean, full of bright smiling faces, and close to home.

Over the past couple of weeks, there’s been a pretty substantial drop in quality. The produce section has really taken a dive. The produce itself is not good at all - almost on the verge of going bad, with flies buzzing around the fruit. Onions were the worst I have ever seen today. I hate food waste.. but most all of them should have been thrown out a week ago.

Meat and dairy expiration dates are way too close for comfort - milk bought today (Friday), had an expiration date of Thursday next week. Lots of awesome sales on meat, but it appears that the driving factor is creeping expiry dates. I got 4 lbs of hamburger meat for $4 - but it expires in 2 days.

The bakery and deli seem to be going strong, and they have brought back some of their offerings now that covid regulations have mostly lifted.

Employee morale is.. low. Tony the butcher is an exemption to this however - he always puts a smile on my face. I introduced myself to him once in passing almost a year ago, and he still remembers my name and makes a point to say hi. Annette at the self checkout is also a rockstar. She’s always been good to me. Other than these two… everyone just seems like they don’t want to be there. Short, abrupt, unhelpful.

It seems like the main issue at play here is low turnover of inventory, and maybe(?) understanding. The store is still relatively clean and organized, but this has taken a hit as well.

COVID/mask policy is reasonable. There’s a sign on the door stating that if you have taken the shot, you can skip the mask. Nobody bothers you about it, shoppers or employees alike. It’s nice to see my neighbors smiling faces again. The store does offer the shot for walk ups as well.

All in all, I’m going to keep shopping here for a few more weeks in hopes that the store gets back on track and fixes some of these issues. If not, I’ll likely be heading to Rouses down the street.Winn Dixie has been great for the past year, and it seems they may just be in a rough patch. I’ll update this review in a few weeks.

Updated 7/2021: I’ve been back several times, and it seems everything is mostly back on track. Cleaner, better kept, and better selection. They must have been going through a rough patch, but they’ve brought it back. I’ll keep going here!

Great location to get some groceries. The food has always been fresh and the prices are pretty decent, especially when compared to Rouses. The cashier I dealt with, while her name escapes me, left impression on me and I still remember to this day

Excellent alcohol selection. I know that's not everyone's first thought, so I was surprised to find most of the ingredients I've been hunting for for the last 2 months. I probably could have found them all, but since I wasn't expecting the variety, I didn't bring my list. Now I can make my favorite cocktails!

Great location & easy parking. Staff always professional, upbeat, and most helpful. Shop there often - esp since it's right across street from the Heritage Plaza Oschner Fitness Center. Great selection of merchandise and always super clean/well organized.

The produce is FRESH. The prices are decent. The employees are overall helpful. The store layout makes shopping simple. And the deli always has tasty food options on the go.

Winn Dixie is great for just grocery shopping, but I am disappointed that management does not keep their registers with cashiers at full capacity. There is always a long line & the self-serve registers are only for a few items. It is called customer service bring it back please.
