Rainbow Shops

First time I was in Rainbow Shops tonight. I liked their selection of clothes. Items were impressibly displayed. Clean, organized store. Reasonably priced too! Saleslady was nice and helpful. It was almost closing time. So, I'll go back another day. I would like to check out their shoes.

I love shopping at Rainbows! I love the fashion, colors and the prices. I just hate that I can't try on my items anymore 😕 I would buy more if I could try it on.

Store has an abundance of clothing options. However there is no fitting room to try things on and the aisles are super packed so you can’t really move around.

Was one of 3 customers but couldn't get around. Was blocked on one side by boxes and an employee on the other.

I wanted to like this store because it was very close to my area but now since I’ve been there twice I can say that the atmosphere there isn’t very welcoming. My first experience there wasn’t very great and I say that because while I was there I was trying to ask an employee for help finding an item and I don’t know if she was just ignoring me but she was also talking on her phone and was very rude. I also tried to take an item near her and she took it and mentioned this isn’t my size. But I believe she was just window shopping and that’s why she didn’t want me to have it. Also at the end of my visit as I tried to checkout my items an employee takes another employees clothes before mine. I don’t know if this is how they do things there but I believe customers should have their things checked out first. Lastly I don’t like that there isn’t much room to move around and you have to be very careful so you don’t knock anything down. I don’t think they can do much about that but I would just say be more welcoming and don’t give customers attitude when they may need assistance.
