Von Maur is a wonderful experience every time I go, but I wanted to take a moment and share how awesome Dawn was to my mother and myself.We went shopping for an upcoming trip that my mother will be taking with my sister. New clothes, new shoes, handbags (thankfully there were handbags designed specifically for concerts) , and make-up. Dawn was at another counter when we started looking and not only did she find everything my Mom needed, but she also recommended some items that are perfect for a trip.

We thought we were all done and then Dawn shared that we could participate in a special giveaway if we could just wait a few days and come back to pick up our items. We did and the add-ins were phenomenal! If you haven't tried Juliette Has a Gun, I would totally recommend that now that we've had a chance to try it out.

We spent quite a bit of time with Dawn, identifying the best cosmetic products for the trip, testing some recommendations, and getting the win by waiting a few days and returning to a bunch of wonderful gifts.

Dawn, thanks for helping us and for prepping my Mom for a trip she is really looking forward to. And Von Maur, your employees make your store our go to experience anytime we want to shop. Thanks for everything y'all do.

I LOVE THIS STORE! It is always so clean and you just enjoy shopping here. It is somewhat expensive, unless you shop for clearance items. I did recently get a nice blouse for $8 and a cool t-shirt for $9. The majority of the associates here are very nice. However, I have been there in my yoga pants, messy bun and sneakers, and I have been ignored by a couple of "snobby" associates. Never judge a book by its cover! Overall, I highly recommend this store!

I usually buy my wife's gifts here,clothes and cosmetics. She likes it and they have a good selection. I wish they had a better selection of men's clothes and what they do have is too expensive. I shop for my clothes next door at that other place that starts with a D.

Favorite department store! Almost like going back in time when department stores reigned Supreme. Especially during the holidays. Employees are happy and friendly, there is a wide variety of priced items to choose from, they have unique items, it's clean, and the design of the store takes you back to 1950's -60s Era.

They are always playing a piano! This is such a nice store, great atmosphere and there are always pretty good deals on kids clothes here. Check out the sale and clearance racks. They also offer an interest free credit card which is pretty cool. All of the employees are helpful and nice. The store is spacious and they have a lot to offer. It is never crowded here. So you always have room to shop and check things out. There is always an available register to pay for your stuff and you are able to get out quickly. They put your purchase in a nice bag and will even wrap it in tissue for you. Just a very nice place to shop.

My praises goes out to the manager and team here. I didn't feel like they were lacking in any area of the store. Staff was readily available a d very pleasant, Stock was in , it was in order, Store was Clean and organized festive. It was a normal day to shop , no notes of the Covid Conditions.....

The store is easy to navigate! Merchandise is displayed very nicely. Very classy store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Very positive 🛍 shopping experience. [Not many stores like this anymore].

Von Maur is a beautiful store with classically beautiful products. Nice large children's Department as well as a large men's department and women's Department. You can always find something for a fancy occasion and also some toys.

I love how great this place is to shop! Such a friendly staff. Just got fitted for a bra recently and now I have the best bra ever. The shoe department treated me like an old friend (first visit). Really enjoyed the personal help and really love the card. It's a store that's like going back in time where customers really matter. So great.

This store is my favorite! The clothes are lovely even though pricey I don't mine because it's worth it in my opinion. The customer service is amazing too the lady helping me was kind and patient.

OMG, it was our 1st time here. They have a LIVE PIANO PLAYER!!! ,but they were off that day lol. So many items and options to choose from. The staff was very pleasant and the restrooms are GREAT !!!!.My husband and I will definitely be back.

Went to the Estee Lauder counter to purchase one thing and they gave me $300 worth of free samples. Not bad! Score! Very helpful very wonderful place. If you're going there to buy shoes though, you're going to have to wait in line because there seems to never be anybody at the sales counter in the shoe department

I love Von Maur. It's really the only reason to still go to Northpoint Mall. It's the way department stores used to be, relaxing atmosphere, well displayed merchandise that is not jumbled and croweded and helpful and available staff. On this visit I chose a birthday present for my wife assisted by two wonderful associates and had it tastefully gift wrapped for free.

My wife got good service from this location and from the Mall of Georgia store. We don't do malls regularly, and this was our first Von Maur experience. Very good first impression. For old time atlantans, service level reminds me of old Rich's.
