Charm City Run Timonium

I went in for a new pair of running shoes and the team’s knowledge around running gear and their genuine kindness made for such a great time. Needless to say, I couldn’t help but buy a few lovely extras while there. Huge thanks to the team for making me feel extra special! I will absolutely be back (and hopefully will join in for a training run in the future)!

The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable and interested in helping you find the right shoe! They have a good selection and you can return shoes after you've worn them (within 2 weeks of purchasing) if they aren't the right fit - the staff is great at helping find a better shoe.

My shoe store of choice in the Baltimore area. I do a lot walking with heavy carts and these sold here hold up for at least a year at a time with daily wear.

I always have very positive experiences buying shoes at this location! The salespeople are enthusiastic, kind and knowledgeable individuals. I didn't feel looked down upon for having bigger feet or for my appearance. Have bought shoes here before, will continue to buy them as long as I can--definitely recommend!

Had an amazing experience, Amanda was extremely helpful & knowledgeable in getting me the right size shoes for my upcoming Disney trip. I will be sure to go back again and again. Service like this is hard to find and I am truly grateful that she took the time with me!

I have been shopping at Charm City Run for the past several years and can’t ask for a more knowledgeable staff.
The training programs are without a doubt EPIC and will challenge you to be the best athlete you can be. The Coaches get to know you and will push you past your personal goals. I have personally PR’ed several races because of the Coaches! I have been coached by Dawn since I started with the training groups and could not imagine running without CCR.

Was brought here as a surprise for my birthday. My cousins and my godbaby decided to treat me to a pair of shoes, since I have been in the market for some comfortable tennis shoes. My cousin's wife had a pair of Hoka's and she told me how comfortable they were.
I was in total shocked when we arrived. All of the staff was very helpful. Was sad that certain clothing items don't fit pass a XL. But I truly appreciated the extra help and customer service.

Excellent service at this store. I visited yesterday, everyone seemed helpful and friendly. The young lady who assisted me (I'm horrible at remembering names, or I'd give her props) really knew her stuff. The shoes I thought I wanted weren't quite for me, but after talking to me the lady suggested another model I hadn't considered, and she was spot on! Unfortunately the shoes were out of stock in the color I wanted as they are in high demand. But the service I received insures that I will be back. Just thought I'd leave some kind words in thanks.

I hesitated about visiting the store due to a negative experience years ago. But decided to try again. I was immediately greeted by Evvie who listened to my needs and watched my stride. She also analyzed the wear on my current shoes and pulled a number of styles to try. Her patience and knowledge were very impressive. She assured me I could give the ones I selected a two week try. Not sure if they will work going forward but I have confidence that if not, Evvie will be there for me. An amazing experience so far! I highly recommend this business!

Came there to get a pair athletic shoes to wear working out on a Max Trainer.
Young woman that worked there was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient with me trying on shoes, didn't try to upsell just stuck to what I needed assistance in purchasing. Guess there is a big difference in service between Charm City and a place like footlocker ( fyi I went there first - that was a complete waste of time).

We love Charm City Run! Great selection of walking/running gear, and all their events appear well-coordinated. Most importantly, great staff. My husband and I happened to stop in during their 20th anniversary celebration -- the store was filled, and staff was busy but still extremely helpful and kind, recognizing customers by name, offering assistance, etc. Shout out to Tom for pulling three pairs of shoes that were all within a degree of perfect for me. Having the treadmill in store was very helpful for choosing.

Walked in and out in less than 10min. It was my first time here today. My feet have been hurting at work so I decided to come in and get the proper sneaker. I was greeted and helped right away. My feet were measured and I was asked to walk without sneakers on. Tom immediately knew what type of sneaker I needed. He brought back two pair. I liked the first and loved the 2nd. Walked out a happy customer.

If you're serious about running you need to get quality running shoes and this is the place to get them. The staff is knowledgeable and will watch your stride then match you with the best shoes for your running style/needs. I've been coming here since I ran competitively in my youth and I'm still coming back years later. It's worth noting they also have a treadmill on site so you can test how the shoes feel while in full stride.

Keep in mind quality running shoes don't come cheap; expect to pay more than $100, however, they are worth it. They are specifically engineered for running and will save you a ton of money compared to the price you'd pay for physical therapy after an injury resulted from cheap shoes.

Great place to get some new sneakers. Employees are very knowledgeable and sends you to the appropriate person who can assist.

The shoes I got here help me feel like I got new legs. The staff here (and at all locations) are simply the friendliest and easiest to work with. Thanks to everyone.

We went in to get my wife fit properly with shoes on for walking. They measured her foot watched her walk fitted the shoe, ordered a type they were out of. Called us when the shoe arrived and it again fitted it and made sure she was okay with everything.
