Nicholas is AWESOME! My Fiance was a victim of a sim-card scam. The person swapped cards and disabled the phone so he couldn't use it. He couldn't find a cricket store that could help him in his area so we we went to Timonium, an hour away from home. Nicholas listened to his complaint, literally walked him through the process of correcting the problem, and was a blessing. He gave him a wealth of information on how to prevent future scams and was very knowledgeable of not only the phone itself, but the features. Nicholas was God sent. The store was clean, and the music very relaxing. He is definitely an asset to Cricket. It would be nice to have more people like him who actually cared about the customer first. The guy that works here was very helpful and friendly. He was not only able to get me an iPhone 6 Plus but was able to get me set up with a rental plan to help pay for it. Their rental plan is very affordable and I’m glad I let him talk me into getting the screen protector NOW rather than later. The screen would have been too gummed up for it to be properly clear. Great location too and not too big of a store. Everything you need is like right there.

UPDATE: Years later and you guys are the still the best. Thank you to the lady that helped get my iPhone 8 set up. You are awesome!

After having a salesman lie to us at the Westminster location, we than drove to the Timonium location to get the phone we wanted. The man helped us and apologized for the companies employee. He took his time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and even stayed after the closing time to make sure we weren’t rushed and were happy with our choice!! Thank u so much for helping us with our headache of a time with the Westminster location and making sure we got what we wanted!!

I can not say enough about Alondra. She was the best customer service person I have ever worked with. She took so much time to help me and is so knowledgable and talented. Not even the icloud customer service rep could fix my problem but Alondra fixed it! What an amazing employee!

Good service. I switch from T mobile now I have Great Coverage. the people that work there are very friendly. Especially Jackie was so good and very helpful in transferring all my contacts from old mobile to New mobile.

Alondra was Amazingly patient and very knowledgeable on just about every phone in the store. She answered all 100 questions that my mother asked. I would definitely recommend this location for any type of service needed.

Great service! Went in for a replacement phone and Yaquelin helped us tremendously. Got a better phone than expected. She helped get things transferred from the broken old phone to my new one and everything else. I'll be back!!!

Amazing Costumer Service here. Jackie Help me so much with my phone and she gave me and my family an incredible deal when we switch from Verizon which was very expensive. We are saving so much and we are getting more for our bucks

Wow! I went to Sprint and they told me $110 for two lines plus $200 for their 2 cheapest phones. Total $310.

Came to Cricket in Timonium, getting 2 Android phones for $60 & the line service for both phones is $60 a month. Total $120.

Service was excellent and i saved money. Wow is just right.

We are at the Timonium Cricket location. There were problems switching from T Mobile to Cricket. Raj was the customer service representative. He explained the plans, phones and spent a great deal of time with us.!

He did a superior job and also is a very patient and educated young man. Je is doing very well! Your store is lucky to have a great person like Raj working for your company.
