One of the most well ran boutiques Ive ever shopped at. The staff was so, so helpful and friendly to my friends and I while we shopped! Definitely, a 5 star on customer service and cleanliness! The store was so professional and organized, while also having an EXTREMELY AMAZING selection of pieces to choose from. I will definitely come and visit this store again!

Absolutely love this boutique! Clothes are fashionable and great quality. I’m not sure if the bad reviews are real but I have always been able to get a hold of someone through their website chat. Can’t wait for my new order to arrive!!

I’m obsessed!!

My boyfriend bought me a shirt as a surprise, and paid extra money for 2 day shipping. Let’s just say it’s been 17 days since he paid for 2 day shipping! The tracking ID says my package has yet to arrive at the post office to be shipped, why pay for fast shipping to have to wait EXTRA time?? I’ve called the business numerous times to attempt to get some form of help/find out when i’m getting my shirt, but they never answer. I’ve yet to talk to a single person at the boutique which is extremely rude. 0/10, love the look of the clothes hate the service!

The boutique itself is super cute and fashionable but I’m very disappointed in the service . My family placed multiple orders for me as presents to receive and They still have not Shipped a package that they paid for 2 day shipping almost a month ago but have received the other 3 orders which were placed 2 weeks later . I’ve tried to get in contact with someone but they have not responded nor answered my many calls . Just wish they were more professional .

Horrible service. My first order took a month to come in, had to call make sure I was even gonna receive the order. Decided to give them another chance and order againa, gave them a month an a half then decided to call the store cause i never heard anything. Was refunded my money then told I was gonna receive a free pair of jeans for the inconvenience. Well i didn't receive that either.
Most likely would have never received my jeans or my money if i didn’t call.

I ordered two body suits in October. They came on time but did not fit. I followed the return instructions but have yet to be refunded or given my “store credit” I’ve emailed, called, texted, and even used the online chat as well as Facebook messenger. I’ve received little to no help on the status of my damn credit?! This was $140 just gone.

I'm one of their vendor. They disputed credit card when they received merchandise.
They cannot ship merchandise to you, because they don't have a merchandise. This store has been blocked from all stores in our fashion district.
DO NOT ORDER!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND NOT GOING TO SHIP IT!

i ordered a dress for my birthday on October 8th and it is November 18th and I still have not received it. I have emailed them multiple times and I have got no response. This is completely ridiculous! I do not understand the issue, it has been over a month. DO NOT shop here!!! I am very disappointed:(
