My Toy Chest

visited about 3 weeks ago and just thought to leave a review. the selection is AMAZING! it caught my attention with all the squish— i’ve never seen such a variety of squishmallows at any one store! also found quite a few bumbumz, so it was just perfect! shared a little small talk with the two people working there, and they were so kind! 10/10 will be back. i only wish i lived closer, because stopping by this store was an absolute fluke while i was about an hour or so from home! wish i had taken pictures as well because the pictures of the store i can easily find online seem to not be updated and don’t do justice to what this store has to offer!! so many sizes of squish, including clips, and i even saw a select series rivka!

So I have been collecting Funko Pops with my son since 2020. The staff have been teaching me how to collect. So even though they sell at market value I have seen an increase in the pops I purchased that they advised me on. Scott is a seasoned collector since “wacky wobblers”. There has been times where I wanted a certain Disney pop or pop icon and he would tell me “no don’t get that one” and he’ll find me an alternative. He has been very honest with me and my son on this journey. Once you explain what you’re collecting, he will guide you. My nephew collects anime and the ones Scott suggested have all increased in value as well. He always advised us to have fun with collecting as well. He knows we love it but we are “investing” so he truly has helped us get there. He has made our collecting fun.

Being that It was my first time in the store yesterday since being back in the states, I was blown away!! The women who were working , helped me out, answered all my questions, gave me some great info and were very up front and honest with me. I received great customer service the whole time I was there and ended up getting a RARE POP that I couldn't find nowhere else at the price I got it for Great prices. They're COLLECTIBLES. In the long run, it's an investment type thing and you get what you pay for. Can't please everyone. Beautiful store . Great selection and I will be back.

Great shop for hardcore Funko Pop collectors. The Prices are very competitive to what you would see online when you factor in shipping cost. The one employee I met was kind and enthusiastic.

I went tonight for the first time, I have nothing but very positive things to say. I was treated kindly w/ the willingness to help also let me know to be sure to come back. My Herman Munster was clean and the gentleman at the counter furnished me with a vaulted vinyl cover (which are also my favoriite) I'll be back for sure! Thank you.

Forgot to order the Melissa and Doug grocery store in time for delivery before Christmas. Called the store and they had two! Went to pick it up but it wouldn't fit in my trunk. The nice employee followed us home and helped my husband carry it inside. Awesome experience!

Variety is good and Prices will be prices, the store is for collecting and is super fun. Staff is always super nice, great to talk to and always something new or hard to find here which is really cool!

The best collection of Pops around and the best customer service! Go see Sam! He is the best!

This store used be in the concourse and now moved to its own store. Our kid love the toys from here especially the puzzle board with train or car which navigates on its own. Good service and good setup to explore of our own.

Saw the valentine's pink cow, and I was willing to pay their high price. But they wouldn’t even let me do that?? You had to purchase another Valentine Squishmallow to buy the cow. How stupid. And they were saying that’s called a sale. That’s a scam. Suppose someone isn’t interested in purchasing another product. Store It Is stupid overpriced.

EDIT: I visited again and they removed that requirement and allowed me to purchase without that deal and they were even giving away a free small squishmallow with the purchase!!

Good place to sell hard to find Funko collectibles. Watch pricing and use your cellphone to compare eBay and Amazon. They have been better on pricing many times than the priormentioned places.
