This store is a very beautiful store to shop in for women's clothes for special occasions
I been shopping here for years they always have what I'm looking for

Always well stocked with cute affordable garments

Love their prices and their customer service.

So arrived at this store located in the Ross Plaza and the hours clearly posted on the door reads 10am however the doors are locked. I knocked on the door because there was an employee inside to see what was going on and she looked at me before going in the back room ignoring several customers that she clearly saw at the door. Bad business practices like if the store hours have changed then change to sign to reflect that. I will take my money elsewhere because Ross and every other business in this plaza opens at 8am.
Headed to the mall because what clothing store opens at noon or whenever they feel like it on a Friday

I called this location to see if the store hours changed and/or do they not open on Sundays anymore! However this first person answered was rude and hung up the phone and the second one was like I’m not sure but the one in the mall is open! Like, if I wanted to go in the mall I would have that’s why I came to this one! Some of us Black Women are so nasty and unprofessional but be the main ones who expect top tier service but don’t give it! How y’all expect to get hours, raises, and bonuses if the business is close during business hours! Y’all turn over rate is probably through the roof! And when you hire excellent workers 9 times out of 10 you probably done ran them away!

Walked in 13 mins before closing, was stopped at the door while people was still checking out, this was really poor customer service being I drove far to come grab one item from this location. Needs better management. Not considerate of customers. I’m not the only one this has happened to, local workers that actually work in the plaza said it’s happened to them. If you need new management I will gladly fill those shoes even though I’m a retired disabled vet to show you what great customer service is.

The Manger had a bad attitude with everyone in the store. I had brought a broken dress and didn’t notice it until giving it to my mom. I came back to return it and she said she will not return it because I broke it. I told her it was not worn or messed with and she had an attitude with me. She claimed that I was lying and that she didn’t sell broken items. She was giving back energy to the customers behind me and had an hateful attitude. Also false information about opening at 10 am.

I was shopping for my niece date 06/10/2023. We arrived at the store at 7pm we weren’t even in the store that long. Around 7:20pm one of the employees shouted attention customers our store will be closing in 20 mins. As I’m grabbing the few items we had to try to get out the store. The same employee kept yelling very loudly it’s time to go. I ignored the ignorance as we were headed up to the front to check out. This same employee was very rude she then pass me over to another employee to check me out which was find because she was very nice and I ask her what time do you all close? Come to find out they close at 8pm. I was baffle because I couldn’t understand why was the employee acting that way when they had a whole 30 mins left until they close. As we were leaving another lady handed us an application and stated if you know anyone 17 or older pass them this application to let them know we’re hiring. Then the same rude employee was then up front as the lady handing me the paper she then state shaking her head making a comment as of oh no. I have worked in customer service and management 16 + years that kind of behavior from an employee is unacceptable. Especially when I was with a child and she had to experience this as well and it made her very upset. I usually brush things off because maybe the employee was having a bad day but she just kept be rude.

Store is closed in the middle of the day. That is ridiculous!!!!!! It’s 3:50pm!!!
