CVS

My wife and I were shopping at this location this morning. Mr. Justin provided great service especially since patronizing other CVS locations the people are not as kind, considerate and attentive to the customers needs. We need someone like Mr. Justin here in Winter Garden, FL. Keep up the great work.

Manager Lameka was fantastic. I was having trouble making a payment and she was able to creatively address the issue. I will be back.

just keep hiring employees like Robert!!!! super polite guy patient and kind I was extremely well attended by (him) I had to wait for the mixture to be ready meanwhile I watched the other 2 employees who seemed extremely nervous and rude shouting to each other, until one of them a lady with glasses came with the medication , I asked her if there was someone who spoke Spanish to help me , she hostilely told me “ English is spoken in this country !!!! you don't need that, just do your job politely, I complained to the manager about her, I hope they put her in her right place, have more education!

Robert at your Conroy Windermere location was very pleasant and professional. We initially went to Walgreens to do our passport photos and the lady at that location was so rude to a point where my wife and I decided to go elsewhere. We contacted your location on Conroy and spoke to Robert, who was very courteous over the phone and in person and we greatly appreciate that. He is definitely a great asset for your company and you should commend him for a job well done with us and I am sure you would have received others as we saw how he was interacting with other customers with a smile while serving us. Kudos Robert ! Keep up the good job !

Since I am a frequent user of this store I find the Pharmacy staff outstanding despite how busy they are while the Cashier staff for the store is often the week link — please train the Cashiers. Give the customer an option to pay via self-checkout or alternatively have the Cashier available for a manual checkout and not have the Cashier put signs to “use the next register” while she is standing around. Customer should have an option to choose self-checkout or full service check-out.

Associates are always soo welcoming and nice! Keep up the great work on customer experience:) I work in customer service so I always appreciate a simple greeting! Store is always stocked and clean!

Love the pharmacy staff. They are very friendly and helpful - especially Hanan. Nice to have a good relationship with your pharmacist. Highly recommend this pharmacy. Only wish their weekend hours were longer.

I can only speak to the pharmacy drive thru, but you can drive through it and get your meds. Never had a problem. What more could you ask for?

Excelente red de farmacias encuentras de todo un poco surtido muy bueno algo más caro que un supermercado pero para casos de emergencia está bien recomendado
