I am a new rider and came in yesterday looking for a helmet. A young man (sorry I didn't get his name!) helped my dad and I pick a helmet out and was such a great help! Originally I was looking for the cheapest helmet to just wear for the ride test, but he helped me find something affordable, good quality, and nice looking as well.

He spent an over an hour with us trying on helmets and finding the correct size, and explaining the differences in quality of all of the helmets. I am definitely picky with how helmets fit/look, so I appreciated all of the advice and patience. I heard he stayed past the time he was supposed to get off from work and definitely deserves recognition for his help!

Went in looking for passenger cup holder for my Wife and a better set of rear view mirrors. Looking on my own I could not find or decide what would work or fit well . A member of your floor Staff came over and asked if I was finding what I wanted and I explain what I was trying to find. He was very happy to go to your inventory list of available products that would fit my bike. We located items that I liked with his suggestions of approval.
Each purchase I was able to install easily and quickly.
The mirrors work and look great, and my Wife Loves her cup holder .

The parts gent suggested a tire I've never used before, based on his personal trial and error investigating of parts. The tire turned out to be the best rear tire I've ridden on, and appreciated him being one of those rare vendors who actually gives a rip about the customer. It was a pleasant surprise. Him, along with the manager educated me on the mechanics of synthetic versus regular oil on a bike with a wet clutch and why the preference to their best brand of regular oil would be more advantageous, and why. It was an enjoyable education on Tire and oil technology.

Very professional and fast service. I Had a rear tire put on along with an unexpected battery change and was out in about an hour. I hope you include more replacements on the items J&P sells. I would recommend to others. Thank you.

Went to J&P Cycles Ormond Beach to buy a motorcycle helmet. Great selection of mid to upper mid range helmets to choose from. Our experience was awesome working with Danny in the helmet department. Danny knows helmet technology - he is a passionate user/collector of motorcycle helmets and shares his knowledge while listening and addressing our safety, budget concerns, and proper fit - we learned a lot. My last purchase, this week at the Daytona bike week event, was a full suspension upgrade from Fox for my Street Glide. Rally prices and one of the best upgrades I have done to the bike. The folks at J&P are the best! Jonathan was working at the Sena booth and he really knew everything about the Sena and as well as the helmets. He explained all about how the Sena 50S worked and installed them on our new helmets . I was really impressed with his customer service as he made sure we were 100 % Happy before we left with our new helmets with Sena 50S units!!!!!! Jonathan is the very Best!

They go far and beyond to ensure you get what you want with no hassle returns if not correct. I recommend their local store!

First and foremost every time I have visited J&P cycles has been great.

This was only proven correct by Phillip In parts as he went out of his way in my opinion to find a tire for My son’s bike. We were able to get the tire, buy new riding vest and mark another year for Daytona bike week!!. Thank you for your part in our memory’s.

I came in a few weeks ago, riding again after six years since my wreck. All the employees were so friendly, helpful and social. The pricing was perfect and initially I was referred from cycle gear on international about j&p because they didn’t have the alpine star riding shoes I needed. They were very supportive and helpful. I will be coming back to j&p for any more gear I need for my riding adventures!

Every experience that I ever had with J&P CYCLES has been outstanding. That being said, this latest one was no different. The man in the parts department, Bobby was phenomenal and knowledgeable. Always love going gear shopping, when I came to J&P I was looking for a specific helmet. Within a minute of being there an older gentleman had asked if he could help and already found the exact, right sized helmet I was looking for. Unfortunately I cannot recall the man’s name but he was truly incredible

I needed some help installing my Harley Davidson brand 50S intercom made by Sena. The Sena rep worked at the store and within 30 minutes, he has installed my intercom on my helmet for free and he helped show me how to use it including the APP on my phone. While I was waiting, I found a chrome cup holder for my Harley. It was an incredible experience and customer service. Please don’t hesitate to shop at J&P Cycles. I can guarantee you’ll love the experience like me.

Came down to bike week 2024. Was walking around and decided to make a purchase (s) for this and that, and JP cycles to the rescue!! Also my riding buddy needed some emergency parts and was going to be pretty much stranded, but again.... JP cycles to the rescue!!

Went there for the purpose of trying out a Mustang Super Deluxe Touring Seat for a 100 plus miles and ended up coming home with a new seat and backrest. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Certainly recommend them.
