I had a great experience at this place. I had just recently given up the cigarette's and I knew absolutely nothing about vaping. Malik took the time to explain the basics to me. He gave me some great suggestions on vape juice and vaping has been a real pleasure now. I honestly don't even miss smoking! Great place and I will be doing all my shopping there from now on. Super chill people that work here. Gave me time to look without rushing and helped explain how the vape worked when I’ve never used a disposable before. Price was good too for a product that really worked for me so no complaints there. Definitely will be visiting again!

In case y’all are wondering how this shop is along with the employees, I started going here in May when I first moved in and immediately felt taken care of and treated as friend of their own, they’re very knowledgeable when it comes to any details on products, alway guide the customer to the right price that’s in your budget, and most importantly makes you feel like you’re part of the family vibe that they have going on there, no complaint, I love coming here so much sometimes I just come in to say hi and chop it up with whoever’s working, highly recommend if you’re debating which smoke shop/cloud9 to go too, much love yall

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! Joey really knows his stuff! They've got everything from vapes and vape accessories to hookahs and glass pipes of all shapes and sizes. The CBD selection is the best by far in this part of town. HIGHLY recommend
