I’ve patronized this location literally thousands of time and for almost all of their services, and the staff and experience is consistent amazingly top notch.

During power outages, AC mishaps, COVID, holidays, etc., these wonderful peeps never skip a beat and 100% help and with legit
smiles. I genuinely look forward to starting many a day by swinging by just after open at 8a on weekdays.

I’d hang out here if it was normal and wouldn’t hold up the lines. The employees here really are that awesome. Thanks for being such a bright spot for so many in S Tampa (yes, we compare notes)!

I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS location. Staff, especially Aurora are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Always greeted when I come in and acknowledged if there is a wait. Store is clean, parking can be sparse on a Saturday since there are other businesses in this shopping center.

The staff is always so helpful whether I am printing, shipping, or returning Amazon! The 15% savings for AARP was a bonus!

Alex was amazing , he sent out all my packaged quickly and efficiently. 10/10

passport photos are just $10 for two which makes it really easy and the customer service is really good and easy. this ups store is awesome

This is by far the best UPS I've been to. They were very helpful, fast, and friendly. Everyone that works there deserves a raise. I will always come back to this location for my mailing needs!

Shout out to this South Tampa, MacDill UPS Store - they printed out Baby Shower invitations for me in just a couple hours at the end of the day, when I was in a huge rush - plus cut them, stacked them neatly with envelopes in a box and left them outside on a bench for me to pick up after hours - so that I would be able to get them in the mail the next morning. Thanks so much - great service!

Echo other’s sentiments. Never had an issue. If I had, I could comment on management… At this point convenient and efficient. Compared to FEDEX, dominates on shipping and delivery. FEDEX drivers could care less and shipments are routinely late in SoTampa.

We use this location very frequently and always receive the best service! Staff is friendly and helpful. By far the best UPS Store in the area.

Had a great experience here! Way better than the post office. Fast and friendly! Shoutout to Cri, Marcos, and Alyssa for the top notch service. Also they have the only automatic door in the area. Big difference!!! Cannot recommend enough!

great service, they shipped all my packages with ease, the staff is cool and young, it’s always great to go later or in the afternoon so the ups truck comes around that time, 10/10 will ship more packages soon

Been going to this UPS store for over a decade. The manager and staff have been nothing but kind and professional when I deal with them. I have an online retail business and have shipped every package out of this store and have never had an issue. I would not trust my packages with anyone else

The staff are always helpful, professional and friendly. I must have opened info on another business at this address. I thought it was open until 9PM. They close at about 5 or 5:30.

We’ve received friendly and good service from several different staff members. Beware they close pretty early.
