Octavia the Reviewer needs to grow up & learn some manners - who teaches these incredibly narcissistic kids such shocking behavior? Their parents? There's ALWAYS a Nice way to get your point across and if your mother didn't teach you proper manners, learn them on your own!

Coffee will ALWAYS become bitter in taste unless you leave the grounds in the bottom of the pot - every Old World culture knows this and you cannot fault an American retail store for using American coffee-making equipment becz Old World commercial-size coffee-making equipment is simple not available here in America

Always look for the reason, Octavia, instead of casting blame - it will help you to grow up
