Most staff are friendly and professional. A couple try to ruin it for the good ones but still ok.

I frequent this location often as it is convenient. After today I will never return! Around 245 pm I tried to air my tire, out of order for weeks now, now no unleaded gas available, and then to top it off the inside was absolutely DISGUSTING! Water and sticky substances all over the floor in front of soda machine and throughout the store, counters haven't been wiped down in what looks like forever, food on the roller grills look like they had been there since the morning and layered in so much gunk that the rollers were no longer spinning the items remaining. AND if all that isn't enough to make your skin crawl, spotted 2 baby German cockroaches crawling right below the grill machines. I don't know what has happened to this location but I have never been so disgusted by a facility before in my life and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves! If I could rate NO STARS I would have!

The manager Theresa was extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs to be removed. I worknext to thos location and spend almost 300 a week there. Not anymore. Racetrack say hello to your newest customer.

Clerk was the only one at register with a line of more than 12+ people. Finally someone else came in.
Original girl (dark hair in a bun, and heavy set) was checking me out. I asked for 4 pks of cigarettes. She only had 3 on the counter and went to the back for more. When she came back VERY rudely, " you gonna run your card?" I started that I asked for 4. Again VERY rudely " I rang 4!
Felt like saying that I'm not a mind reader! But didn't want snapped at again!

Receipt printers don’t work on pumps, and there are no signs indicating this, forcing you to go inside, and wait on a long line while the clerk chit chats with customers moving at a snail’s pace. Not to mention the inside of this store is gross.

So, I've bought cigarettes here many times and the lady in question sold me a pack the day before. I was carded on the ine day I didn't have my wallet but the very same lady had sold to.me the day before without carding me? What the hell. The employee's are generally rude but i feel like this was extra spiteful.

This place is horrible, watch what your paying at the pumps. When they run out of regular the pump doesn't say it just up charges you for premium. Inside they say they can't do anything about, just must be out of regular gas. Go anywhere else for gas!

So I just finished shopping there and I will never shop there again the heavy-set curly hair one was counting scratch off so if your lottery players do not go to that gas station she counts tickets and I will report
