We showed up at the Pharmacy 18 minutes before close. Alyson was able to fill my wife's prescription and have it ready before they closed. She went above amd beyond! She could've easily had us wait until the morning to pick-up. Thank you Alyson!

I had a very sophisticated call from Americans saying my account through PayPal has been compromised and I need to lock my finances down. They put me through to FTC agent which wasn’t one. However I did not catch that it was a scan immediately and went to CVS to pick up two gift cards and they said I would meet with the federal officer the next day. Not to talk to anybody about it because the scammers whoever they may be might know. When I was in the checkout line Gillian heard the voice on the telephone. And she said hang up! Which I did. It turned out to be a scam and I would’ve fallen for it if it wasn’t for Gillian. I would’ve lost $1000. I then gave Gillian a hug and thank her. I’ve been in business and banking consulting for decades and I know a good employee when I come across them. She should be commended for her proficiency in this matter. If I wasn’t retired and I was still running mortgage banking firms I would be hiring this girl, she’s a keeper. Thank you all at CVS for having such an employee. This was at the Bonita Beach Road store in Bonita Springs Florida.

Been coming here for years and every year they get busier and busier. The staff works so hard to move as fast as they can to get everyone’s order filled. I felt bad and wanted to help them. Their customers need to practice “patience”. Keep up the hard work staff. I KNOW your job isn’t easy but you all do so well at it. Kudos to you.

Armando is AWESOME!!! He goes way up and above what he has to do. This world would be a better place if we had more people like him in it. CVS you are blessed to have him as an employee. I have managed dealerships so I know excellence when I see it. Armando keep up the great work!!

We all work super hard in the pharmacy & we try our very best. It’s super stressful and very busy & we are very understaffed. All we need is patience and kindness and that goes a long way with us. I always try to have everyone leave with a smile.

The checkout person was kind enough to take time to show me how to take advantage of all the coupons available to me for the purchase. It saved me a bundle!

Aly was so sweet and generous. She was also so beautiful with beautiful lashes and talented. She could sing her ABC’s with her mouth closed. Would recommend to just go there to see her.

Jason is very friendly. I even set up a card with him.

I always give EVERY pharmacy a day to fill my Rx’s unless it’s an emergency antibiotic.
This store gets this 5 star pharmacy rating because of RORY! He knows the store front to back!
Try smiling and patience! Life’s short folks and these people need more help at this store! Not their fault! It’s corporates!

I have been with this particular CVS for countless years. Personally, I give them a 5 star rating. This is a VERY seasonal area in Florida with a high influx of tourists & winter people. They do a superb job and I would never think of changing pharmacies. (T. Ann Crum-Carini)

I just moved to Florida and love this aCVS. It’s open late and the staff is fantastic. The pharmacy stayed open for me my first time there- when I didn’t know the hours- and since they’ve filled my prescriptions and offered valuable advice.

I came from Chicago- and am used to late night shopping. Publix closes at 9:00 or 10:00, but CVS is open until midnight!

For a literally overwhelming staff from so many scripts being transferred in from snow birds I think they are doing a great job. For the customers they need to learn patience and respect for these people. Please divide the Lin and give priority to those that utilize the express line somehow. I still have to wait in line for regular customers when I did everything in advance. Thank you and great job to the staff!!

I love to shop at CVS where I am always tendened too by very courteous employee's and the S in CVS really stands for savings so when you get a chance stop by your nearest CVS PHARMARCY/STORE.

The pharmacy staff is amazing there.
they know me by name and are always giving the best customer services
