AT&T Store

The representative Saliq at this AT&T location is legit!!
After going to the original store in which I procured my service they were closed at 11:00 a.m. on a Monday!!
Saliq resolved several issues professionally and I will most certainly seek him out for any future changes needed. One of the BEST phone rep encounters I've had in 25 plus years!!!

Kyle, the manager, was phenomenal to work with the other evening. He went above and beyond for my daughter and I on very short notice. Very professional, kind, understanding and respectful. I couldn't say enough great things about Kyle and your store. Thank you Kyle!!!!!

We recently visited this Bonita Springs store several times to resolve problems with our old phones. Andon provided outstanding assistance and resolved our issues when other employees were unable. In fact, his customer service was so good that we took advantage of the Apple trade-in and purchased two new Apple 12 phones. Jed Deets

I had been having a whirlwind of issues with my phone, just as COVID-19 hit, when remote and mobile work was pivotal to my sanity. When I came in, Rush handled my issue so well. He gave me the opportunity to share what I've already done (how often does someone ask if you've turned it on and off?!), troubleshooted with me, asked specific questions, and helped me ensure my data was safe and sound before going through a factory reset. He affirmed that I was not crazy, that there was an issue, and did everything AT&T could to fix it. He was personable and welcoming. Hopefully I don't have issues again, but I know where I'm going if I do!! Thank you, Rush!

I was very unhappy when I went to the Bonita Springs ATT store this morning due to difficulties I had accessing my bill. Hector not only solved that problem but also showed me how to save money on my wireless bill. Thank you Hector for a job well done!

Kaity and Lawrence were exceptionally helpful to us. They went out of their way to assist us with the set up of new phones and pairing of an Apple Watch. They are exceptional employees.

Heykel, what can I say? He worked above and beyond!!! He is kind, helpful, accommodating and knows his stuff. Along with his good sense of humor, i found him to be one of the best att employees I have worked with over the 20 plus years I’ve been with att. I would hire him in an instant if he was in my industry. Thank u Heykel!!!
