Great store for back to school shopping.You can't beat the prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love it here! Everything is organized by style, size and season! the staff is well put together and very nice as well. I love how the dressing rooms are still open unlike most places! It’s amazing. I’ve sold my items here as well, they were very respectful and fast as well. Thank you so much.

Ariel at checkout was not only quick and courteous, but she looked fabulous. I'm trans, so going in to stores and finding good clothes is an anxious endeavor but Ariel's level of professionalism and kindness set me at ease.

Plus, I came in here at an hour before closing and the rest of the staff was nothing but helpful.

I was skeptical about taking my things here after reading reviews but I went and the employees were very nice to me. It only took about 35 min for them to go through my things. I had a tub they maybe bought half of my things which is fine with me. I never go in expecting to have everything accepted. I will continue to go back selling my clothing and purchasing from them.

I have noticed quite a few reviews stating that this location does not offer much for clothing. I will agree with that statement, for I received $12.40 for four American Eagle items. I did not see an issue with this. I was intending on donating anyway, which I did with my remaining items to the local thrift shop. The staff was very professional and nice and I noticed the quality of items sold was good for secondhand. I will likely shop here again; however, if you are looking to get money for items I’d suggest ensuring the things taken are in season and name-brand. Overall, I had a great experience and I am pleased with my extra $12.40.

I have taken my clothing to this location NUMEROUS amounts of times!!! I was always greeted nicely and helped quickly!!! I NEVER had any issues. Hayley is an amazing store manager and she was always busy helping out the other employees, not something you usually see a manager doing, so I applaude that! She knows the value of team work. Madison was always so sweet and helpful. If they didn't take my items I'd go to another location. It's that simple. No need to get butt hurt. They don't HAVE to buy anything from you!!! All you got to do is give respect to get respect.

I've never sold clothes at Plato's, but I love shopping there! Great when you're on a budget but you still want to look cool. I've been a thrift store shopper my entire life and I love the variety and eclectic collection that used clothing stores offer. But Plato's is much better quality than your average thrift store. Brittany helped me get my stuff together and even scored me an extra point on my purchase, so woots all around. Great service, clean, and VERY well-organized.

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest and best organized Plato’s closet I’ve ever been to. It felt like a little second hand boutique (which I guess it is) I would say the majority of the clothes I saw were in style. The only downside is a lot of the clothes are over priced. I saw a forever 21 romper I bought brand new priced the exact same. On the other hand I was able to find 5 really cute tops for less than $25 so I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I've been selling and buying clothes and shoes here for a little while now. Always enjoyed my experiences when it comes to both selling or buying too. They often give you a fair amount of money if you bring in the right items. I find it more worth it to sell here than online at times.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. Haylee Zimoski was so helpful with my daughters in assisting them with their selections. She made a usually unpleasant experience for us absolutely amazing! I wish there were more of her in the world. She was patient and kind, something we don't often see anymore. I will definitely shop there again! Excellent selection!

This Pluto's closet is one of the cleanest stores in Virginia and love the staff, Amber and Chloe were super nice and greeted us at the door. Everything is clean and organized by color, size, and style. It was a refreshing vist

I don’t care what anyone says, this Platos Closet is my favorite. The staff is always super upbeat and personal and very kind and attentive. The new location is so nice! The clothes are organized so well and they have really nice things. I’ve sold here plenty and they’ve taken a ton of my stuff. My best friend and I are literally addicted to Platos Closet and we come here once a week. There’s ALWAYS new stuff to browse through and I love it. Went today and already can’t wait to go back 😂

I haven't had a bad experience thus far with this store. Everyone seems young, courteous, and ready to help. Sky checked us out and hopefully she'll be there at my next visit, she ended our visit with a sincere smile and a pleasant "thank you, come again".

I love shopping at this Plato's closet. They have a good selection of clothes and all of the clothes they sell appear to be basically brand new. Haylee was very helpful and friendly as I browsed and even showed suggested a cute top that I ended up buying with the rest of my items.

My home store is in Reading, PA but this place had a perfect selection for the beach! I don’t even pack anymore when I travel....theres always a Plato’s with clothes that fit among the locals’s style trends. Best idea for a store, aniywhere! Loved these kids in VA Beach too...helpful, know their brands.

Love it. It's got name brands at affordable prices even if they're newly bought items. It's a great place to shop if you want to have an outfit nobody else has. I especially love how the sets are sold together and not in two separate pieces 😩 a real penny saver.

Totally restocked my entire shorts wardrobe, 10 pairs of shorts for $127. All named brand, can't bet that! Great selection and prices.
