CVS

This CVS has excellent employees. They are helpful and pleasant. That has not been my experience in other CVS stores, particularly where I live in CT.

Darla was a lifesaver! I just started a new job and was texted by my new boss as an emergency needing to purchase $1500 worth of gift cards. She alerted me to the fact it might be a scam and I assured her it came from my boss as the text showed his full name. Never would I have imagined someone would know who my boss was or his name specifically. She was pretty reluctant and tried hard to get me to think through it. Thankfully as a few more minutes passed, a wave a realization came over me and Darla was VERY good at protecting her customer and I want her to be recognized for all the effort she put into helping to prevent me from this tragic error. She is an amazing employee!

I have had a horrible time with a prescription that I have been taking for over five years, and Allie (one of the pharmacy managers) went above and beyond to help me. She kept me in constant communication, and was able to locate what I needed in less than 12 hours. She treated me like I was a human being, and I witnessed her treating other patients the same way. She was also very kind to the techs that were working with her. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any CVS pharmacy, and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone I can!

I had an excellent experience at this cvs today, 07/26/22 at approximately 2 pm. Prince helped me at the check out and he was the best customer service representative i’ve ever encountered. He was courteous, polite and super helpful! I wish there were more people like that- genuine, willing to go an extra mile to help and just simply pleasant. Thank you for a great experience, Prince!

I would say I had a five-star experience overall. They were very busy there, particularly in the pharmacy, but genuinely seemed to want to help people, including myself.

The folks at the front register were also great too. So, I would say it was an excellent experience. 👍

I wanted the latest covid vaccine and I wanted the moderna. I went to the website for this store and made an appointment online. It was very straightforward. Showed up at my appointment time and was very quickly given the shot.

Heidi is the best pharm tech! she was very helpful and was so kind and sweet. She made my visit very pleasant! :)

I have to say after reading negative reviews. That my experience and experiences with this CVS have been right on. Everything that I should expect. Hands down better than Walgreens by far......

Nice people.

I use this pharmacy all the time, for scrips as well as many other items. The people here are terrific! HOWEVER, it's impossible to call the store and get through to a person in less than 15 minutes; you can't leave a message for a call back, and you have to listen to their non-stop automated system talk for a ridiculous length of time. I'll probably find some alternative but haven't pursued it yet.
