This Walgreens has two new pharmacists. Shawn and Anthony and they are over the top nice and compassionate. I’m so happy I can talk to them when needed. The new store manager , his name is something like “Vento” is also a very nice and welcome addition .

Awesome Experience! Exceeded my expectations of a walgreen store. Stopped in to get some new makeup and was greeted right away. Kathy helped me pick out colors that looked great on me! Kathy is excellent because she knows the whole store and was able to direct me with my other purchases also!

I had a Covid test booked. When I showed up they said that they had called me to let me know that it had been moved to the Bonita Beach rd store. I was upset as I didn’t get the message. Went to the other store, had the naat PCR test and had the results back in 45 minutes. Today, a week later I came across the message in my voicemail. Sorry for getting upset at the time and thanks for the great service during these difficult times.

We have had terrific experience with the pharmacy at this location (25091 S Tamiami Trail, B.S. 34134) . Most recently they assisted in securing a much needed medication for us by working with our Walgreens in Michigan and with the insurance company. The pharmacy team is always professional, helpful, patient and human....despite the fact that this is a very busy location.

Pleasant experience. Very friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend this store to anyone needing a local pharmacy.

Went to pick up prescription and received a 5 day supply. Staff said the remaining meds would be in the store the following day. Came back 3 days later to pick up balance and was told the meds had not arrived. Asked them to transfer prescription to another Walgreens. They said they couldn’t and told me meds would arrive, hopefully tomorrow. Explained hope was NOT a plan. Staff very rude. Stay away from this Walgreens

For the third straight time in a row they are telling me they are out of the prescription they said they were specifically ordering for me. Every time I come here it's 15 to 20 minute wait

This pharmacy is ridiculous. I went Thursday evening to pick up a prescription only to find out they were closed two hours earlier so I came back Friday morning at 8 AM and no one got there until 940. Now we have to wait an entire new day to pick up my prescription because they were not there during work hours. 2 full days of no medicine because no one can show up to work on time. This is not the first time this is happened and this is completely frustrating. 2 weeks ago I came at 4pm to pick up medicine as they were shutting the gate on my face only to tell
Me I needed to come back the next day. Why is this happening?

Worst pharmacy and pharmacist ever. They routinely close whenever they feel like it. Don’t count on what you see online. It means nothing and the staff could care less about any amount of inconvenience they may cause you. You’ll see many similar reviews, apparently management does not care what our opinions are of this place. Find another place to take your prescriptions to. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This pharmacy is the worst. It is always a struggle to get my meds that I get monthly. Waited to go today because they close from 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch and walk up literally at 2:00 only to be told they are closing and would not allow me to pick up my prescriptions. Not sure why they decided to close at 2:00 today, no explanation. Staff are never friendly, pharmacist is a jerk. I will be moving my business.

Terrible pharmacy . The tall bald pharmacist is just awful. He’s so rude, condescending and nasty. I’ve literally left there in tears at how he talks to me. And not just me, my husband & employee has also said that he’s very rude to them.
I can’t imagine working side by side with that man. Unfortunately my insurance only pays for scripts filled at this company therefore I’m transferring my scripts to a different Walgreens.

The incompetent pharmacist Ryan should be replaced. The lack of assistance from the entire staff is completely unacceptable. They are rude and common answer seems to be "it's not on us", passing blame to everyone else. Wake up Walgreens, how many complaints does it take before you act? I will be following up with a written formal complaint.

THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY EVER! my doctor sent my prescription request a specific brand of medication. Every month it's a fight to get the correct medication. The month of April they finally got it right after waiting on a "truck" I had a refill for may. I call the pharmacy to make sure they are filling the correct medication. They said once again I had to wait for a truck. The next day i get a text that my medication is ready and still it's the wrong medication and now their blaming on the Dr. How could it be the Dr. Fault? You guys got the script right for April but may prescription you failed. Not to mention your employees are extremely rude !!!!!

This place deserves NO STARS!!!!!! Pharmacy EXTREMELY RUDE and could care less about customer service!!!!! I showed up at 10:15 am for my 10:45 am COVID Vaccination. When I inquired about where to go for my appointment they informed me that they ran out of the vaccine the night before!! I asked them why they did not bother to contact me and they said that was not their problem!!! And that it was too bad for me 😳 later when I got home I found an email from them canceling my appointment which was sent at 10:30 AM which is the time that I was to arrive there. I suppose that's just too bad for me as well!! I would not ever recommend using this pharmacy due to the extremely poor customer Service!!!
