A very wonderful shop with caring and supportive staff.
Deangelo was very patient with me since I came in asking him for help with my new phone screen protective shield. Then he waited all the way until we transferred my old phone data to the new one.
He is very agile and supportive with customers and does the best to make customers happy and satisfied.

Received excellent and knowledgeable service from Diangelo. If you need a TMobile store, I highly recommend this one.

The customer service at this store is fabulous! Raj, Corey, and Caroline were all so helpful and patient with me and my problematic phone. They all worked together to come up with a solution, and did not stop until the problem was resolved. And, through the whole ordeal they kept their cool, and sense of humor. Will definitely go there again if I ever have any other issues with my phone or coverage.

When I arrived at the T-Mobile at Rose Hill , Cory and Raj were extremely welcoming, very helpful and determined to help me in every way possible. Cory and Raj made my experience at T-Mobile great, excellent customer service and very kind. I highly recommend this location and I for sure will be returning to Rose Hill location from now on!

Went to the Springfield T-Mobile on friday to buy a iphone14 pro max. One of the employees there said they didn’t have it. So I came to rose hill. Within in seconds of walking into the store Kevin greeting me, and sold me my iPhone. Thank you Kevin for helping me get my phone set up and selling it to me.

The last two times I went to this store, I got such great service!. A manager named Jackson was fantastic at helping me get a service plan that was right for me when corporate T-Mobile gave me a plan that didn't meet my needs. Alex stayed on the phone for a long time while I was in the store, making sure I had a plan that worked before I left the store. Thank you all for your great care and attentiveness to me!

This was the best experience in a phone store I have had probably ever! All of my questions were answered thoroughly. The rep took all the time I needed to make my decisions and got everything straight with my account. She had a complete knowledge of not only the plans and services that I had questions about, but also all of the phones I wanted to review. She was patient Even when another customer came in and was, in my opinion rude to her.

The two associates Julia and Nelson were fantastic, knowledgeable and patient as I was switched from android to iPhone . They took the time to transfer all my contacts and picture and answer every question I had. Thank you to Ana whom I talked to the night before making sure my blue iPhone was in stock at that location.

My experience was awesome and painless needless to say. Ariel and Vanessa were of big help getting my new phone up and going and I actually didn't break my pocket with my new Samsung due to promotion. I was helped from beginning to end and they were awesome! Best phone experience with excellent customer service by far! Yay

Just had another great experience at T-Mobile Rosehill. They are the best!Just added a line to our plan phone plan. Johanna helped me and this experience could not have been better. Johanna knew just how to help with every step. And with patience and professionalism! Thank you Tmobile for employees like Johanna!

Do not use this store. I migrated my daughter's phone to T-Mobile from Verizon on Dec 4th, traded it in, and purchased a T-Mobile phone for reimbursement through their Carrier Freedom program. They then lost my phone - the store and the district manager have done nothing to resolve. As of March 9th, I'm out $500 for an iPhone 8 - still have not been reimbursed. Save yourself the same pain and find another store.

On Thursday June 23, 2022, after the store closed, Mr. Raja open the store and help me. His professional manors and business positive attitudes will not go without notice. He deserve to be promoted.

Awesome! I was helped by Jimmy who cancelled my other provider and set me up with two new phones. this was by far the best experience I have had with a mobile provider.

100% fully bi-lingual staff to help every family English or Spanish also has sprint employees at all time.
