What an amazing experience at this store today! The staff is always friendly! Today Greg waited on me and was so fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I was a wreck getting print outs for my kids school project. He took the time to adjust sizes and print and reprint to exactly what I needed. UPS great job having employees like Greg and truthfully the whole staff at this store have been great! You need more stores like this one!!!!!

This is my favorite store to do business with. And I don’t mean favorite UPS store, I mean favorite of any store. The staff is phenomenal and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes for any service. For Amazon returns, in and out the door in less than a minute if there’s no line. We use them for all our packing and shipping as well and it’s always a pleasurable experience. Great staff and store!

I never have a bad experience here. Gabriella is personable, professional, and always does a good job. I came here to have a few copies printed, and was in and out in a jiffy. Keep up the great work!

I've said it before a few years ago. But I will say it again. Everytime I walk in the door it's a speedy and efficient process. Today I was taught by worker, Greg in the Aberdeen location how to use the self Amazon return. He nicely greeted all of the line and instructed how to use the machine. He was very professional and caring. I continue to go out of my way to go to this location.

I love this UPS store. They are super accommodating when we come in for Amazon returns or printing needs.

Every time I need assistance they help me quickly. All employees are pleasant and the store is clean with a professional feel.

Hands down the best place to mail anything!. The employees are most knowledgeable and personable staff ever!. They are always timely and know all the answers

This store is always quick, clean and friendly. They’re far better than some of the other UPS stores around so I make the extra distance to use this one instead of the one nearest my house.

Great UPS store - typically wouldn’t even take the time to write a review, but I go into the stores a lot and this was a great experience.

Line was long when I arrived, it was actually amazing how quickly they work through the line. Two people were working, but the only name that I got was Greg. Super friendly and very efficient at his job.

3rd time I have come in the store for Notary services (2 times for shipping). They have had consitantly great service each time.

Today Alaizah helped us and we were in and out.

Recommend for shipping and notary services.
Tip- call prior to ensure a Notary is on staff.

Returned some speakers and needed UPS to package because I (stupidly) threw out the boxes already. I worked with Greg and he was awesome. As are all the employees at this store. In fact I live near a UPS that is much closer but come to this one in Aberdeen because the customer service is much much better. I stayed for a bit while the speakers were packaged and whenever they weren’t helping other customers we had some nice conversation. If I ever need something other than a simple drop off, this is the location I go to.

After a miss communication on delivery time was recognized the team at the store worked with me to resolve the issue and get my package to its location on time. A well managed store with very professional employees. 10/10

Always such a pleasant experience coming here. The staff is VERY respectful and extremely courteous. I am always treated the way they want to be treated and I am in and out every time no hassle. Even a simple “enjoy the weather today!” , as the person helped me out right away with a drop off, makes a small difference. Please keep up with all the great things that make this store amazing!

I've been to this location a few times. Each time the staff has been friendly, polite and professional. I'm usually in and out quickly and always leave with a smile. I've been to other locations in MD and DE and this one in Aberdeen is my favorite. Other locations I've been to make you feel like you're interrupting something. I've never felt that at this location. They always seem glad I stopped in and eager to help.

Greg!! Greg helped me at the Aberdeen UPS store today and he was above and beyond helpful. I walked in super flustered and feeling overwhelmed with everything I needed to do. He was so kind and patient and helpful. I couldn't print my slips and he was so informative on how I could simply email it to the store and he would print it out for me. I mean!!! Wow!! Thank you for being so great Greg. You just made that trip so easy. You are fantastic and these days have been really rough but your friendly way just make this dreary world a bit brighter.

This store is super helpful. I will definitely be using this store more often. I had to do three Amazon returns and the person who helped was patient and helpful. Didn't push me into buy unnecessary items, just packed them up in the box I provided and moved on.

THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. I live five minutes from a different store. I will GLADLY drive twenty minutes to this one with this type of customer service.

Very nice store and quick service. Never really had a problem with this store. No public restroom. Free parking. It's in the plaza with Chaps, AT&T, Dentist, pawn shop and etc. Though at the moment it is Temporary CLOSED till the 15th of this month December 2020. Was there this morning. Should of took a picture of the sign. But was in a hurry to send a package and a return. So I had to head to the next UPS store in Bel Air.

I came into this store to make an exchange return for a clothing product. I’ve never done an exchange before, and the website sent a list of instructions instead of a direct pdf to print out. The associate Greg was very patient and helpful and made sure everything was correct before he sent the package out, and I am very thankful for the amazing service! The package made its way safely to its destination.
