Came here to upgrade my service and two phones. It was 3:00pm when I showed up. There was a sign up that said "Sorry you missed us, we'll be back in 30 minutes or less." We waited an hour and nobody came back, so now we're driving an hour and a half to Hattiesburg. This occurred on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024. Sam's Club employees claimed that the T Mobile employee probably just "dipped out" for the day. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
