Edward was so very helpful on a return to Amazon that they never received. He wrote to them and handled everything so very well. Outstanding service

I use this location often and I’m always happy with their service. Very friendly staff and they are ways ready to help.

I went into the UPS Store to get a label and a document printed and return an Amazon package. I wasn't in the mood to hassle with it. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience.

A new clerk was helping me. She was a bit nervous and the manager was patient and respectful in helping her quickly resolve an issue and learn a process with my order, even though he was extremely busy with several things at once.

One of the things he was doing was assisting an elderly lady with a multiple document duplication and mailing. He was very courteous and helpful to her and I was surprised that he was trying to help her format the documents and cards so that she wouldn't have to pay more than necessary for copies.

I was impressed with all of the store staff I came in contact with.

I , and my wife, use the UPS Store at 10470 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Ste. 115, for mailing packages and purchasing shipping supplies.
I have always found the employees to be courteous and helpful.

I came here to do a printing job. The staff was so friendly and welcoming - embracing the holiday season. Gladys was especially helpful in making sure all my printing specifications were precise. After the printing job was complete she even offered to re-print if I was unsatisfied with the job. Overall one of the most positive stationary experiences I’ve had.

The staff is always helpful. I've had many Amazon returns at once. No issues..
Super friendly and patient

They are always fast and usually have enough staff available. Plus, it's a clean store and looks organized.

Jason helped us out tremendously! We own a shop and our new merchant machine suddenly stopped working. I had dropped off the old one earlier this morning. I called the UPS store and was unsuccessful at finding the package. Jason then called us back no more than 5 minutes later stating he found the package and put it aside. My business operations can continue and I’m forsure continuing to use this store for the simple fact of customer service ! He didn’t have to search those packages especially since it was a random drop return package. I appreciate the help !

First of all I would say, staff are amazing, so quick and helpful. Everytime I come to this location, I'm just in and out. Superb service. !!!!

I was so happy that I came to this UPS!! Brian was so super nice and helpful!! The store was extremely clean and neat and I loved all their fun specialty products!! I will definitely be coming to this location from now on for all my shipping and office needs!

I have had mostly good experiences here and appreciate how convenient the location is for our neighborhood. Good option for shipping, copying, and packing needs.

I come here quite often, awesome owner and staff but recently this larger caucasian woman has been there and she is flat out RUDE.

The staff are doing their best, but still have a lot to learn.
Almost every time I come here for shipping an item, they seem to be lost and taking unnecessary time to fulfill my needs.
One of the personnel has really a bed breath, and that doesn't help with the extra wait.

Don’t mail your package with UPS! Go to a postal store and use USPS. UPS charged double what it would have cost to use priority mail.
I will say the employees at this location were very helpful and friendly, however.
