I've worked with Elizabeth for several years collaborating on multiple projects, both large and small. She has wonderful vision and is an absolute blast to work with. She does an excellent job at communicating the overall concept and vibe she's wanting to achieve for each project, which gives me the foundation to provide her with selections that are appropriate to the finished look, budget, and timeline. Every project she's approached me with is different and unique to her individual client's wants and needs, and you can tell she's put a great deal of thought and effort into each space to make it just right for her clients. Aside from being an absolutely delightful person, what I love most about working with Elizabeth is that she has an elevated sense of style and it is reflected in her selections and you see this in the finished project. Anyone can learn the technical aspects of design and landscape architecture, but it's her eye that makes her an exceptional designer. Starting from scratch she pulls together endless details and elements to produce something amazing. I am so thankful to know Elizabeth personally and professionally.

I found them to be creative, helpful and extremely detailed in their presentations, both to the client and my company. The story boards they provided were contemporary, complete and creative. Elizabeth designed a calm and welcoming back yard space, incorporating the modern feel we wanted with the age and character of our mid-town home. We plan to have her work her "magic" with our front yard as well. We purchased our outdoor dining and bar furniture from Boxhill & Co. and have been so pleased with the quality and comfort. It continues to look and feel great, even in our extreme climate.

Loved my terracotta planter tray and the customer service was excellent. They worked with me to figure out shipping and were super on top of communication. Would definitely shop here again.

This company is seriously AMAZING at communication!! I feel so badly that they had to work with a distributor company that was responsible for such a long delay on the shipment of the table that I ordered (they have since dropped them because of these issues). I truly appreciate their above-and-beyond customer service on assuring that I, the customer, was experiencing the least amount of “backlash” from this experience as possible….again, thank you for such prompt and personable communication and doing everything possible to correct the situation! We think of our reps as friends and keep them abreast of our home design activity. Their ideas and creativity are greatly valued. We had an amazing on-line shopping experience with Boxhill! Buying a fire pit on-line was proving pretty difficult based on the fact it is so hard to determine how the plumbing is actually set up and other details by just looking at pictures...our on-line chat session with Boxhill's customer service turned out to be just what we needed. Carrie offered some amazing suggestions and was able to supply us with digital copies of manuals that we needed to help us make the right decision. When our original idea didn't work out, Carrie was able to offer product suggestions that were exactly what we needed. We will definitely shop with Boxhill again!
